My experience was great. Manny took my call and he was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

As always I received an excellent efficient service from BeMotor and their staff

received multiple quotes from gocompare and bemoto were consisstently offering the cheapest quotes for a bike i am supposed to be buying tomorrow.

called them to verify the quote details and buy the policy and the first guy i spoke to was rude and consistently spoke over me. very dismissive over the phone. gave him the reffrence number from gocompare and he could not find the quote. when asked to complete a new quote i was told they will not insure me due to not having any no claims bonus.

he has begrudgingly done another quote which came back they WILL insure me but for £1400+ rather than the £375 price i received on go compare. he told me ive had my licence 3.6 years not 4 and that would change the policy price so drastically.
i went back on to go compare, changed it to 3 years the price went up by £22 but still quoted me as the cheapest.
by this point im annoyed and frustrated so i am sorry to the second person i spoke too but got told the same thing that they will not insure me.
its a good job i checked before hand and didnt drive 4 hours to get the bike and insure it when i was there with a potentially uninsurable bike

I've used Bemoto for all my bikes insurance for several years now. underwriters attitudes and conditions change from year to year but Bemoto have always found a solution, which has still been reasonably priced.

It's renewal time .... ARRRRGH ....don't you just hate it.
Had a decent enough multi-bike renewal offer from my current (Bikewise) insurer, but I always ring around. Had a couple of much bigger quotes, and then rang BeMoto. I've used them in the past, but left when I got a better offer. This time around - had 70 mins with Manny (a biker themselves) - and came out with a quote below my renewal offer. It was just below, and yes, I could ring Bikewise and hit them with it to try & get a reduction - BUT - my time is my money - AND - Bemoto don't charge mid term amendment fees, which can be at least £35 a pop - so BeMoto will be getting my business for the next year.
The 70 minute call didn't exactly fly by - but thanks to Manny, it was all clear & concise.
