Zero stars !!! I sent back my items for a refund ! because they were on sale, the refused to refund me , so I asked asked for my items to be send back to me . They told me that they discard the items !!!!!
They trashed my items !!!!!!!
Those items legally were still mine .... they don't have the right to do that !!! Please help !!

sent out an email few times as well left voicemail for Return but no response.

i wish i could give 0 star , never buy bench , they are very bad in customer service , never picks call and never reply to your email. if you buy anything then forget to return or forget that you will get your money back , they will always trap your money and will not give any money as you can not return in store as well

Wish there were a 0 star rating. Customer Service is non-existent. I have been trying to return an item that is now beyond the acceptable 14-day return time frame, have sent three emails and made two calls to their toll-free number. No response. So much for "we want you to be happy with your purchases"! No more ordering from them, that's for sure.

I bought a t-shirt and a sweat shirt the order came in on time but the sweat shirt is missing, so I’m sending emails and emails and phone calls without having anyone contacting me back, ... this is stealing from me. And because the store is in Quebec the BBB doesn’t deal with them. Incredibly frustrating. I’m gonna go see the store and see if someone can actually help,... but I won’t hold my breath. Thumbs down 👎 all the way!

Bench Clothing's online customer service is one of the most inept consumer relations experiences I ever had. I was told my items purchased during the Black Friday sale were final sale although no mention of this was on their website (especially on the item pages). I bought two of the same dress in different sizes just so I could be safe on the sizing and was told I could not even get an exchange. I tried to reach out multiple times by email only to be ignored.

In early January I went to a Bench retail store and they let me exchange the items with no questions or hassle at all and I really appreciated their level of customer service.

Why is there such a discrepancy in your return policy? Online can refuse the products but the store will take them back?

I will not purchase from Bench online ever again. The return policy is completely misleading and I can only assume what I buy I will have to keep although I would never have been able to try it on first, an absolute joke.

Absolutely garbage customer service. Called the number and got voicemail. No response. Emailed and got no response. Left many Facebook messages. No response. Called the store directly and was told to contact them through the above mentioned avenues. Less than useless. I ordered a gift to be picked up in store the same day as it was in stock in store 10 days ago and still cant get it or any contact form this poorly run company. Do not reccomend. Never. Ever.

Customer Service is terrible! They never answer phone when they say they are open. I have called 5 times in 1 1/2 weeks & they never return my calls or credit my visa with errors. Does anyone know a phone # for Bench Canada to complain?

Clothing is excellent quality, sale prices are good.

Telephone customer service is garbage!!!
Their contact information shows a phone number stating it’s open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! Or reply to emails for that matter!!! I made an online purchase which was an extra 50% off sale items. My checkout showed approximately $100. However, once the cc went through, charge went through as $200!! And I cannot get a hold of anyone to fix this!!

Excellent quality clothing. You get what you pay for this time. There clothes do fit small. There a tight fit. They always have great sales on so you can get a $90 sweater for & 45.
My order was correct & at my door by within 24 hours with the help of Purolator Courier.
I'm a happy camper! 💋🐾
