Great easy system to use with accurate data you can rely on, very easy to train new starters on the system and the support staff should you need them are excellent, polite knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. Can highly recommend this system. Great value for money with amazing support.

faultless from day one always on hand too help me with my plumbing shop start up from Simons advice and great work with logos flyers and more too the whole setup on the software which is running very smoothly this first week in shop also had excellent support work from tom along the way with any questions I have had cant recommend this team enough brilliant

I have used Benchmark Software for over 32 years with the Multi Company option and back in 1988 valued the help given in moving from paper based to computer accounting.
More recently, following the introduction of MTD, the upgrade was handled with great efficiency and they skilfully led me through the process.
Any problems I have had over the years (few in practice) in using the software have been quickly resolved through the superb online support option.
Not as well known as some other companies but much easier to learn, operate and better value for money!
As our circumstances have changed over the years Simon has also been most helpful in adjusting the fees.

Excellent software and just what we were looking for as a business to move forward processing orders, invoices, quotes etc and speeding up the process.

Setting up a business for the first time and the service i received from Benchmark was superb! Simon was very helpful with sorting out the costs and recommending pc's to work with our system and the lads who have trained and loaded all the products onto the system were very knowledgeable and understanding! Considering i've probably drove them mad with constant phone calls! lol Again couldn't reccommed this Company highly enough and am very happy with the ongoing support they give us!

BENCHMARK HAVE GREAT SOP AND SALES LEDGERS. WE SELL A LOT OF PRODUCTS WHICH ARE ONE OFF'S AND ARE MADE TO ORDER FROM VARIOUS COMPONENT PRODUCTS. THE COMPONENT MODULE IN STOCK CONTROL IS BRILLIANT BUT SIMPLE TO USE. WHAT IS MORE OUR ACCOUNTANT LIKES THE NOMINAL LEDGERS.

We have been with Benchmark for 32 years and the support and service we have had has been superb. Would have no hesitation in recommending them . We are retiring and they are going to support our auditors whilst we wind the company down.

We didnt really know what we wanted, when we first contacted Benchmark Software, however, from the first interaction with Simon the MD, the whole process was careful and considered, to finding exactly what we needed to run our business, every conversation felt like Simon was working for us and not just trying to sell us a system, we would highly recommend this company to work with.

The hardest thing to writing this review of Benchmark Software is where to start?.....
From Simon, as a company owner, providing extensive knowledge of both business and people skills, getting stuck in with amazing enthusiasm! To the guys that provide the endless support, not only in areas that are invoiced I might add, what an amazing company!

We as a company use Benchmark Accounting software and have never felt the need to even glance elsewhere, probably due to the fact that the service doesn't exist elsewhere. Also the flexibility of Benchmarks team to look at and adapt the software to suit our company was impeccable.

We have used Benchmark for Web Design too and I have to say that this has been outstanding. I think that the team really make the dealings we have had so easy because mainly they are highly approachable and knowledgeable, this is coming from a computer novice that was not looking to be overwhelmed and wasn't!

I have been asked by benchmark software to provide an honest opinion about their products,
I first started using the software back in 1989, at that time it was called Snip which stood for
Sales, Nominal, Integrated, Purchase ledgers plus we had a Job costing module.
I have always found the software to be very reliable, and easy to use.
Nowadays the software as been developed to give you everything you need to run a modern business, including the ability to do bacs payment straight from the purchase ledger to your Bank.
One of the best things about Benchmark is the speed that you can get a response and the ability for there software engineers to log into your PC and sort any problem that you might have.
We have also used the Payroll module for many years, and our office staff are more than happy with how good the software is and the ease of use.

Benchmark Software provide and support our payroll/CIS software and support our company pension scheme. The software is clearly laid out, accurate and straightforward to use. If we have a problem or make a mistake, the remote support that we receive is outstanding. You always speak to a person rather than an automated call waiting service, and all the staff are very knowledgeable and calm. The fees are very reasonable and worth every penny especially when you get stuck! I would not hesitate to recommend Benchmark for any business software needs.

We have found Benchmark Software a pleasure to deal with, and provide an excellent CPOS/Accountancy package that is ideally situated to us as a trade counter.
It was a big step for our company, from 112 years of trading using a paper system, moving to a CPOS system at the trade counter with a combined accountancy software. But Benchmark made the transition a lot easier than we anticipated, always on the end of the phone for technical advice and helping with getting our products & prices on to the software. From dealing with the owner at the initial enquiry, to all the staff who are very helpful as technical support, which is part of our package.
Highly recommend.

We started a Company with very little knowledge of software packages or what we actually required. Benchmark Software put our minds at ease by providing us with a trial of their software allowing us to try it and make sure it was right for us. Benchmark Software service is absolutely fantastic! Helped us a lot by providing accounting software and creating a number of websites to include e-commerce one. Very responsive, never made us wait for an answer. Honest and reliable service, highly recommended!

We moved to Benchmark after our previous EPOS/CPOS software just simply didn't work for our trade counter. Benchmark tailored a package that was the perfect fit for our company.
It was cheaper too!

Backup and support is just simply quality. All development requests are listened to and action is taken on them relatively quickly. None of this '1st tier, 2nd tier and 3rd tier' support line. Simply a very helpful person that will work for you regardless of how much 'support' you actually need.

A very powerful solution that we will be sure to have for years to come. If only we had discovered Benchmark before we would have saved ourselves a heap load of money.

The software itself is 'basic looking' but I prefer to think of it as functional and time has been taken in making the product work properly rather than just looking pretty. Don't be put off by this, Benchmark give you a free trial of the software with no commitment to pay and within 2 weeks we were using the software because it was so much better than the other provider.
