Promise zero, deliver less

Sales side of this company stinks. Support is equally bad, wish I had gone elsewhere. Product is good, but the sales of it and the service of it is truly bad. Hope I have nothing warranty wise that happens. Prices went all over the place while trying to buy it. Had to submit a ticket for a simple 5 second answer. If there is an equal product I will buy it next time. SAD!!!!! Great product but rotten company to do business with.

From concerned to Impressed!

My overall experience had the capability of going either direction, especially after reading old reviews. But, it seems Bendpak is taking their old reviews very seriously and have developed a completely different approach to customer service and satisfaction.

My lift arrived damaged. Not necessarily Bendpak’s fault. The company that delivered the lift did not follow the forklift instructions on proper lifting that was posted.... with pictures.... on the ends of the packaging. I was concerned that I would end up in a three-way dispute between shipper, Bendpak, and myself (based on reviews from years previous). Fortunately, Bendpak was able to make things right without delay and supplied some touch up paint and replacement items for the damaged parts. These items were shipped extremely quickly, and ended up not slowing my install of my lift at all. I spoke to multiple reps and they all maintained open communications as they needed to have two different departments handle two different issues.

Should I need another lift, or anything offered by Bendpak, I will not hesitate to go to them first!

The absolute worst experience

The absolute worst experience, damaged parts, missing parts, wrong parts, parts that were not welded, horrible at calling you back, horrible instructions, 3 months to finally get a running lift.

Recently purchased a QuickJack 5000…

Recently purchased a QuickJack 5000 thru Costco and extender kit direct from BendPak. I have been in the auto industry most of my life and this jack is awesome. Easy to assemble and works as promised both on my Audi TT and Chrysler mini-van. I did have a minor issue with one of the air fittings but their customer service handled it immediately and well. To me this is a 5-star company for both product and service.

Questionable Ethics

Tried to charge me $95 for lift gate service after order was already processed with free shipping. There is only one LTL carrier in my area and both of their trucks have lift gates. Nor does the company charge for lift gate service. So I cancelled order and will never return.

Our Ranger DST 30 balancer is easy to use, very intuitive, even the simplest techs can set it up. Our comeback rate for balance issues has all but been solved since it was put into service 6 months ago. Rich D.

Quick to sell, not so good in service.

Bendpak has always been the standard in the automotive industry, at least for the my first 25 years in the industry. I purchased a 4 post lift with roll jacks, with in 2 weeks had a problem with one of the roll jacks that stopped working. There service tech sent me a email on how to repair it myself, on a piece of equipment that had been in service for 2 weeks? No problem stuff happens. 3 weeks after that a ranger balancer that had been in service for about 5 weeks decided to let the smoke out. According to their service tech it would be 1-3 days for a tech to get to me because they did not have one in my area
( I am a hour away from Atlanta, I recall that being a big city?) and then 5 days to order parts after that. Well...... if your reading this review you probably know how we pay for tire machines and balancers, by balancing tires. If you are not in a hurry maybe this equipment is for you.

No repair support for Ranger Products

Have a 3.5 year old tire balancer and can't get anyone to fix it. Spent $1000 in parts with their tech support and it still isn't fixed. They told me i'm out of everyones area and offer no other help to get it fixed. Don't buy Ranger!!!! They don't support their own equipment.

Issues with shipping but Bendpak fixed ASAP...

Ordering through Bendpak was super easy but the shipping process was not. Because the lift is so heavy, it needs to be shipped to an installer. When my HD-9 arrived at the installer, the box was torn to pieces and some parts of the lift had scratches on the paint from being unprotected. Luckily the installer took pictures and asked me what I wanted to do. I reached out to Bendpak and they shipped out a new lift. The problem should have never happened but it was probably the transportation company. Bendpak handled it well and got me a new, undamaged HD-9 ASAP!
