Process was pretty smooth to purchase. However, upon receiving the tickets you have to log into a website where the tickets can't be added to the Apple Wallet!?!? This means there is a high chance o... See more

unclear until booked that in US$ when booking a Canadian hotel. Could have got cheaper price just by booking direct. No value in membership.

I bought AMC tickets for 10.75 off your website. But when I redeemed them off of AMC website. It only discounted the ticket purchase by 9.69. I lost money from buying the discounted tickets on your site. that plus the taxes and fees that I was charged from both site, means I paid close to $20 more than what it would have cost me to buy the tickets directly.

Beneplace is a nice and convenient place to purchase tickets for a wide variety of places to go or use. It's easy and the prices are lower than the usual places.

I ordered concert tickets from Beneplace.
They claimed that the ticket venue had changed the date of the concert which they never ordered the tickets to begin with. After that they claimed that I had changed the date of the ticket which I didn't. In a conference call Beneplace and the ticket venue found out there's not concert on the date they changed it to.

Booked my flight with them for February 5. Got it cancelled as I was not able to make it anymore. I was told I am eligible for partial refund and the amount was refunded in the 3rd to my form of payment. Needless to say I never got a refund from them.
Apparently they called on 2/27 using this number +1 (805) 754-2232 saying they could not process my refund and I was told to called them back- which I did. I was told they will issue a check instead. I returned their call on 2/28 no one picked up.
Was able to get a hold of them on 3/7 using this number +1 (805) 200-3758 and they essentially blame me saying they tried calling to let me know about the defaulted refund but I didn’t pick up the phone.
3/7 I was told the check has been issued and should be able to get in the next 21 days.
3/22 I called just to check the status of my refund for which I was told it wasn’t processed on 3/7 but on 3/10 and I had to wait until April 10 to be able to get the check.
Today April 10 and I am wondering why my check isn’t here, just to make sure it wasn’t stolen. To my greatest surprised I was told the check had been cancelled and they will have to issue a new one for which I have to wait another 21 days to be able to get it.
Later after that called I tried calling them again and I was told a different story. I was told the check had been processed 3 days ago so 4/7 and I should expect it in the mail anytime soon.
But how should I trust this again. If I never called I wouldn’t have known my refund was rejected. What is the guarantee I will get my check following this conversation. It makes no sense. It was easy to get the money but now they keep saying the refund steam is experiencing some issues.
One of their agents even told me that the refund can take up to 60 days some times so 2 billing cycles. How does that make sense…..

Literally forgot about our work benefits until researching our intranet for another issue. The prices were better than my senior discount and military discount.

I found all the attractions I was looking for in NY and the prices were at a BIG discount.

FunLife Rewards program is not good. I spent approx $1000 last year (Mar '24) on this website booking my hotel and ski rentals @ Park City UT. Somehow I only have 105 FunLife Rewards pts worth $1.05. Either you messed up the # of my FunLife Rewards pts, or this program is this cheapest rewards program out there. I'm also frustrated that the Beneplace phone reps could not research my purchases from last year to see if my account balance is accurate.

Just lost $300. This company is a rip off! I’ll be sure to never use them again. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know. This is the 2nd time but the first time was only $20 ripoff. Never again!

I saved $40 by going through Beneplace for birthday mini trip in Galveston. I called the hotel directly and they were charging more even with honors rewards. Beat Expedia's prices too.

I clicked to book a suite and when the booking finally went through with my payment, it said the room was no longer available. When I went back to get the next best room, the rate had gone up $13 dollars. My new booking is $2 more now for a room that doesn't have the ocean view I was trying to get.

I’m so sad to say that this is the worst customer experience I’ve ever received. I spoke to about 4-5 different representative regarding this issue and they all have different answers. Either they are incompetent or there are not proper policies in place. It all ended with them keeping nearly $1400 and cancelling my hotel reservation with no proper explanation. Unless you have money to just throw down the drain, I’d advise to never book through beneplace!!!

Stop charging nearly $2 additional dollars for each movie ticket!! Your convenience fees are misleading for total cost of what I'm buying. After paying your convenience fee, and the movie theater's convenience fee, it's not that substantial of a savings. Please stop this practice or reduce the fees to be reasonable.

You send me email saying I hav 314 point so on check out I try to redeem but the email address you send the confirmation code to is wrong. I checked my profile and it’s correct plus’s you had already sent email to me notifying me of points.. program seems to be a scam.
