Honestly, I can’t fault Bengans. I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews here, but my experience was great.
They had a record in stock that was sold out everywhere in the UK and this was the only place online I could find that would ship it to me.
I ordered on the 4th March and received both a confirmation and a dispatch email that same day. The record arrived via DHL on the morning of the 6th March. To get a delivery from Sweden to the UK in under 48 hours is impressive!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like Bengans deserved it. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the service from the online shop. Placed an order for three CDs on Wednesday evening and they arrived here in the UK on Friday morning. Just a couple of days from Sweden to the UK is amazing with the CDs arriving from Sweden a lot faster than items actually ordered from the UK!

Their website very clearly claims "Worldwide Shipping" but apparently this does not extend to Northern Ireland.
Order was then cancelled without consulting me first to see if there was an alternative shipping address. This was a limited pressing for RSD2025 so the hopes of finding an alternative are long gone. A real shame as I previously purchased from this site with no issue (which stopped this from being a 1 star review), but the way this has been handled with no communication whatsover or consideration that this was a limited pressing and I would have no other way of obtaining this record has made it clear to never order with them again as they have little to no respect for the customer.

I was a bit skeptical at first to order from them given that the reviews I read online were mixed but I decided to give it a try considering they were selling some records that I couldn't find elsewhere for that price. I placed an order on a Saturday and it was packed and shipped in 2 work days (Tuesday) so that was very quick. After that, the package only took 5 work days to get here! Considering that I ordered from Portugal and the package came from Sweden, it was a very quick process. My order came tightly packed and there was no damage to any of my items! I would definitely recommend and I will probably buy from them again! :)

First, i was sceptical when i read other „experiences“. Specialy the long shippingtimes advices me to be careful. But after my order it takes 5 days until the vinyl is arrival (Sweden to Germany). I think the Time is good for international shipping.
After reading the reviews, I was concerned and worried about whether my order would even arrive. Today, I can say that I was satisfied with the delivery. I ordered a title that was available for pre-order, and it was shipped a day before the official release date. Delivery within the EU took one week, so it was relatively fast. There were no issues with communication, customer support was responsive and quickly provided me with the tracking number upon request.
However, I must unfortunately criticize the packaging. The edges of the record are damaged, which definitely should not happen, especially given the price. It would certainly be better if the company packaged the items more securely. Overall, though, I was satisfied with the company and would order from them again.

NEVER PURCHASE!!!! I purchased 2 Taylor swift cd 1st package got lost I said resend so they did on the February 6th and it’s been 3 weeks I said give me a refund they said is your address correct I said yes and they ignored me NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Ι reiceved my order after two and a half months late and it was problematic after a big conversation they wont send a new product and they wait for us to send the problematic one which is really hard for us .i recieved the order from speedex and two days later they stopted cooperating with it. they wont accept replacing the product

Selling used stuff and don’t expect any kind of excuses or service. Had an awful experience with buying from them and they refuse every mistake they’ve made. Don’t buy from this disaster shop.
Quick shipping to Finland, got all the records I ordered and they give money back really fast when canceling orders. Overall great place to order from in the EU! :)
Do not trust Bengans to deliver what you ordered and definitely do not expect them to notify you that they wont. I ordered a record online for my son's birthday. It was supposed to be available but after 4 weeks I mailed them to check the status and got to know that ot was out of stock. So, no notification until I reminded them and also no time left to order and receive another record for my son. Cannot understand how you can run a business with this level of service. I have friends that have had exactly the same experience. Amazing!

BUT WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS THAT THEY STEAL MONEY AND CALLS IT A HANDLING FEE. ACCORDING TO THEM I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY 150 SEK WHICH MEANS BASICALLY 14€. NOW THERE'S A FREAKING 25€ BILL IN MY QLIRO ACCOUNT.

If you're looking to order from Bengans, DON'T.
From my point of view it feels like their online customers (and their satisfaction) is extremely insignificant.
The wait times for an order to ship are quite long, with no clear estimate given or contact made. After 10 days I contacted customer service, and to my surprise they responded within a couple of hours - very prompt.
My order was confirmed to ship in their response to me on the same day I contacted them, and I can't help but wonder if the reason it was being prepared and sent so soon after making contact, is because of the contact.
So, though a little slow, I was happy with my Bengans experience after my order shipped. This should be a 4 star review. And then my order arrived.
The records were in good condition, although the packaging wasn't the best. The biggest issue here is that they sent me the wrong variant of one of the records I ordered, with incorrect cover art (Sweet Trip - A Tiny House, In Secret Speeches, Polar Equals) even though it clearly stated which variant I wanted both in the product name and in the product image. This, to me, is sloppy work, and unacceptable given how long I waited for my order to ship.
I cannot really recommend using them.
Everything is fine if your item is in stock (Not 100% guaranteed whatever it says in the webshop). As you as you need to interact with customer service you enter a bog it's hard to get out of.
I placed 2 orders .. some items it said 3-10 days delivery. So after 10 days I send a question when they will arrive. It takes 4 days for them to answer that some items are unknown if they will be in stock again (Why wasn't I notified without me having to ask?). I was asked the question, do I want to cancel those items on the 2 orders and go ahead with the rest. So I answer yes to that: 3 days later I see no shipping and no answer. So I contact them again (on the same ticket) No answer for 4 days, I make another ticket and hooray I get an answer and they will ship. They ship 1 of the 2 orders. So now I'm again trying to get in contact for them to finish what they said they would do.
If you need customer service, just calculate in an extra month where you won't get service or the goods you ordered, and you patience will be tested to the max and beyond.
If you're buying online just use discogs or any shop other then bengans, it may take a bit longer but you get personal service by people that care. Or use Amazon and get everything really quick and cheaper by people that don't care :)
Avoid! They don't send what you order. There is always an item or two missing. They did it twice with my orders. No explanation unless the customer approach them! Very bad service.

Good, ordered a K-pop album from here and it came like 3 days later (don't remember exactly). They have most K-pop albums, even of artists/groups that aren't very popular (Like BTS, EXO, Blackpink etc. type of popular). It keeps coming in new K-pop albums. The album came in good condition+++
However, some K-pop albums cost more (+cheapest shipping price) compared to if you were to order from South Korea.
