Having placed an order and paying via credit card, my order was cancelled the next day without any explanation though I was issued an immediate refund (albeit it takes a few days for said refund to be processed). I had to message the website to ask why my order had been cancelled and was informed it was because they've had shipping issues in the past and now prefer only to ship within the US - my issue is that their website still clearly states they ship internationally and to the UK, so not only was my time wasted, I'm now waiting for my credit card company to process a refund of almost £50 including shipping costs ... this is precisely why so many people now prefer to order via Amazon rather than support a business directly.

This is a legitimate company. I ordered directly from the website instead of their shop on Amazon (Cant stand Amazon I avoid them) I was worried due to lack of reviews but they answered the phone and shipped immediately upon inquiry, I feel bad for making them feel rushed, I should have just waited. It's not a big company with customer sevice reps but the actual owner answered. I ordered the transliterated interlinear Psalms (Tehillim) Hebrew to English so it tells you how to pronounce the words in Hebrew not just translates it which is hard to find, I love the pronunciation guide and I prefer their pronunciation over all of the ones I got. The english translation is at the bottom of the page. They even included 5 extra transliterated prayer booklets. I would order from them again, such as the book with prayers to find your soulmate.
