We have loved living in this house for our final year of uni. The house has such a homely feel to it and is so well looked after. Amanda had been incredible this year, after having not so great experiences with previous student landlords, it was so nice to have someone that cared so much about the house and us living in it. Any issues she would respond asap and it would be resolved super quickly.

Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting with them!⭐️⭐️

I had such a great experience with Amanda as our landlord. When we moved in the house was in such great condition if we ever had any issues at all it was never a problem with it being swiftly resolved each time. The house is in a great location too close to shops, university campus, not too far from the beach and parking available too.

Our Landlady Amanda was really lovely and approachable, any issues were addressed and solved swiftly.
The property(#44) is great, in a nice location and well priced.
I would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t say one bad thing about Amanda and Dave. Being approachable and friendly, they always put us tenants first resolving any issues as best as they could.

The house is really well looked after by them making for a great uni house.

After being with student letting companies for 3 years prior and having bad experiences , we eventually chose a property from Amanda and Dave. They were the kindest and most helpful landlords you could ask for. Amanda was always a single text away and would fix any issue/maintenance in a matter of hours. We even received a welcome hamper when we first moved in. The property was well maintained and had a homely feel unlike properties from student letting companies in the area. Couldn’t recommend Amanda or Dave enough.

Amanda is a fantastic landlady, she genuinely cares about the well-being of her tenants which is a rarity in the industry!
On top of that her property was a fantastic place to live, it was by far my favourite place to stay at university!

We were so lucky to have Amanda as our landlady in Swansea- any problems we had she was only a text a way and took very swift action to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Amanda and Dave are so wonderful! If there was any problem, Amanda was just a text away and super helpful. She even left a little welcome package and brought round Easter treats which was so lovely of her. Couldn’t recommend Amanda and Dave highly enough — really great people and the most helpful landlords!

After hearing so many bad stories about student housing landlords, I feel very lucky to have had Amanda for our 2nd year home. The house was great and Amanda was very responsive to any issues we had. Could not recommend them enough to anyone looking for a house in Plymouth.

Amazing Landlords. Amanda and Dave where quick to sort any issues and go above and beyond in their service and response to queries. The house is amazing and very nice. Much better than many Plymouth student houses at the same price point, very good value for money!

Communication with Amanda and Dave was great throughout the year and any issues that arose were sorted out quickly - no matter how big or small they were. A really enjoyable year at a lovely property, I couldn't have asked for better landlords.

Any issue we had (even though they were few and far between) they replied as quickly as possible and had the problem sorted or looked at the next day.
