Thanks to your pre-orders, you help us produce new items in precise quantities, without wasting fabrics. The only thing we ask is a little patience: The time it takes for our supplier to deliver the fabrics in the right quantities and for your products to be manufactured by our workshop and delivered to your doorstep. Generally, it takes us 4 to 5 weeks. And if you ever don't want to wait and decide to cancel your pre-order, you can do it at any time.

It’s been 4 months since my order no…

It’s been 4 months since my order no delivery. I’ve been told every time I’ve emailed in that it’s arrived into the Uk and would be with me next week: then nothing. I’ve requested a refund and still after a week have had no reply.

Clothes looked good but service is horrendous
