TOTAL SCAM. DON'TORDER ANYTHING. I never received my pillow. After weeks, I contacted customer service and got a very vague reply. I wrote a second email and they never responded. After my third email, I received an automatic reply from Gmail telling me the domain beno maternity didn't exist. Read the reviews on Instagram, they speak for themselves.

SCAM, they never delivered the order.

If I could give a zero, I would. I never received my pillow that I bought in early August 2025 and now the website is down September 2025 and all the links in the confirmation emails are not working. I also now received bounce back emails from their customer service team who I initially had a few emails with. It's a total scam, I even checked if they had a website and instagram page trying to see if they were a real company before I purchased. I wish I saw these reviews I would have never purchased.

I have been trying to get a refund from this company for 4 months and they are not putting in genuine effort to support me in my right to exercise the 90-day trial refund. I have sent the item back to the address they told me to send it to and the logistics provider could not deliver it. Upon countless attempts to contact the support team over the course of 2 months, the logistics provided had no choice but to return the parcel to me. Now I am here 4 months later with no refund + shipping cost to return the item to them, they have stopped responding to my emails a month ago.

Wish I’ve read these reviews before. Placed an order 6 weeks ago, still did not receive anything.

They are scammers, buyer beware! I bought this for my wife and every time I ask they say the third party has an issue with the shipping then you ask for a refund they ghost you

Beno Maternity is a Total Scam 🚫

I placed an order with Beno Maternity and never received my purchase. Despite repeatedly contacting their customer service, I was only given empty promises and excuses. To make things worse, even after requesting a refund, I never received my money back.

This company is a total scam. They take your money, but you get nothing in return. Avoid at all costs!

Do not order. Its a scam. Placed order on 9th August and asked them to cancel it on 17th Aug as they did not ship it yet. When I sent a mail to them to cancel, they informed that item is picked by 3rd party which is definitely not true. Not sure when I would ever receive it. Its 29th August and I still dont have the product delivered. DO NOT PURCHASE! THEY ARE A SCAM. CANNOT BELIEVE IN 2025 PEOPLE ARE SCAMMING THIS OUTRIGHTLY!

I ordered a pregnancy pillow, which arrived, but I did not like it. I have been trying to return it for months. At first, they asked me to send a video of the product to make sure it was still in the original packaging, even though it says on the website that they offer a 90 days trial period. Then, they offered me a discount of 5% if I kept it. This discount went up to 50% as I kept turning the offers down. Needless to say, neither did they give me an address where to return it to, nor did I ever receive the 50% discount. Not sure, if it still makes sense to send e-mails at all. I have the feeling that this is a fraud.

Been trying to get my reund back for over 2 months and Emma keeps stating that they sent my request to the finance department.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I ordered an item that arrived damaged due to the courier used by the company. I contacted customer service promptly, but was met with long delays in response and repeated issues with getting the return approved.

After finally being sent a return label, I was shocked to learn it wasn’t even prepaid. They expected me to cover the cost of international postage—from Ireland to Australia—to return a damaged item that wasn’t my fault. Despite giving the company multiple chances to resolve this properly, the service only got worse with each reply.

This entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I hope they seriously reconsider how they treat customers after

The first night i used this pregnancy pillow i had the BEST sleep ever! The shipping was delayed by 2 days but it was worth it! 😍

I bought a pillow in November 2024. To this day, nothing delivered. I wrote to the complaint department several times and was told that my refund was in the Finance Department, waiting to be approved. Well, it has been 7 months, nothing ....I think I just lost $100. US.

Scam alert! I paid ~€80 to Beno Maternity on April 1st and never received my order. Over 10 fake email replies, no product, no refund. I’m pregnant and needed that item – they took my money and vanished. No customer support, no responsibility. Do not trust this company!

I ordered the maternity pillow in November. I confirmed the shipping address, located in San Diego. Tracked my package and found it was being delivered in Los Angeles. Not sure how the mix up happened there. I contacted Beno Maternity's customer service. They informed me the package would be returned to sender, and once received, I would be issued a refund. I kept tracking the package and it was returned to sender in December. I reached out to customer service and the rep Emma assured me they would process my refund. Months went by and no refund came. I followed up with Emma monthly, and every response was that they were working on it. It is now almost May and I still keep getting the runaround, six months later. I am extremely disappointed and want consumers to know what kind of business this is.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Beno Maternity. Their return policy is deceptive, and I feel completely misled. Before purchasing, they made it seem like returns would be easy and covered, but when I actually tried to return my item, I was told I had to ship it back internationally (from the U.S. to Australia) at my own expense. The cost of return shipping is more than I even paid for the product!

This company is not upfront about its policies and tricks customers into thinking returns are hassle-free. If I had known the true cost and difficulty of returning the item, I never would have made the purchase. Avoid this company unless you're 100% sure you'll keep what you buy—because returning it is practically impossible.

I ordered my pillow a week and a half ago. The website says delivery usually takes 4-8 days. After paying the extra $2.50 for “skip the line” next-day order processing, my order shipped a full eight days later. And where is my order right now? Mainland China. At this rate, my baby will be here before the pillow is. Utter waste of time and money.
