I've not got a Bensbus for
I've not got a Bensbus for a few years due to curcumstances. I'd forgotten how seamless and easy it all is. simple to book - tell them your flights and they do the rest. Simple at the airport busses are right outside. Simple at resort - multiple stops so seldom far from where you need to be. You try doing that on the public buses, I dare you

Awful
Awful, we were abandoned at Geneva last week and the staff were completely useless and didn’t offer any alternative and said that the next bus was leaving at 11.30am the next day and this wasn’t even guaranteed they said that we may not even be able to get on the bus. We lost a day of skiing and had to pay €600 for a transfer

Hi Leah. We are very sorry that we were not able to transport you on the 10th January. As explained at the time and in the email we sent you, this was due to an exceptionally bad transfer day and conditions that were outside of our control.
The road into and out of Val Thorens was completely gridlocked and at a standstill for most of the day, due to avalanches and accidents. This had an impact on our buses to Meribel since all our vehicles were stuck in the traffic jam. Most vehicles took over 6 hours just to come down the mountain.
Unfortunately our drivers were not able to reach the airport on time to return to the resorts and they would have been well over their hours if they did.
We did lay on extra buses on the Sunday, but perhaps our team at the airport were being too cautious and did not want to promise you anything until they were absolutely sure. We apologise for that.
We have already refunded all our customers who we could not transport on the 10th January. We note your are travelling back with us on the 17th January and we are sure your journey back will be much smoother.
Our apologies again for this, but unfortunately the mountains can create these problems, especially just a day after nearly 2metres of snow had fallen. We hope at least you got to enjoy all that fresh snow.
A Good Experience
Rep and driver really helpful. Only 15 mins late despite the dump of snow. Really impressed with service, reasonable price, would certainly use Ben’s Bus on my next ski trip.

I paid a return journey from Geneva…
I paid a return journey from Geneva Airport to Les Minieres for Imogen and Zachary Lenhart. The first leg was fine. There was a lot of snow on the return leg and it became clear quickly that Bens Bus would be relayed by many, many hours. So I cancelled the bus and found earlier and alternative route to get to the airport. Bens Bus ended up being delayed by over 5 hours and we would have missed our flight. I would expect a refund on the return journey, but to date I have still not received the 80 pounds for the return journey for 2 people. Please advise.
