Terrible Quaility - would give 0 stars if I could.
Bought Chelsea Boots less than 4 months ago. At most I use them for a 30 minute walk once a week and I have already worn through the soles. The soles also cracked badly after just 6 weeks.
Will never buy Ben Sherman shoes again.
Terrible waste of money.
My identical Jones boots are 2 years old, worn 5 days a week and still going strong.

I ordered a pair of jeans for my husband. Exactly same style, details and size as a pair he already has. The new ones are much bigger and don’t fit. I asked to return them but they say as there is no Click & Collect shop in my area, I must return by courier at my own expense - £5. I am flabbergasted. Never experienced such poor customer service in my lengthy internet shopping experience. Obviously I don’t recommend this company and will never use them again.

I was given a pair of ben spearman boots for Xmas 2021 and the soles have split by 2 nd February 2022. I personally feel that they are not fit for purpose for a pair of boots priced at £130.00 don't last 2 months.
I don't expect Ben shearman will be bothered to contact me, but I will let you know if they do.

Ordered a couple of items on 26th december 2021 , received email items dispatched and arrived at Hermes delivery depot on 27th December , still not delivered after 7 days followed advice on Hermes website to wait 7 days and then contact seller if not delivered contacted Ben Sherman customer services on the 5th Jan received reply on the 6th stating that they needed to give Hermes 48hrs to trace parcel and that they would email with an update , still no update by the 11th so contacted Ben Sherman customer services again only to be told - We have emailed Hermes and requested return to sender, if and when the parcel arrives back with us we will be able to refund your order. I think is pretty poor customer service as it is not my fault order has been lost and also given no time scale about if and when my payment will be refunded

bought ben sherman lounge-pants/pj bottoms online from another online retailer,

very light/thin cotton material, see through when held up to the light, some loose threads (pretty common in clothes)
waistband is loose, thin elastic waistband not "heavy-duty" enough, could be a little snugger,

They have a fly-hole which i wasn't expecting, big enough to put your whole hand through, with ONLY one loosely - stitched small button in the middle to hold it closed, the BUTTON CAME OFF already today, just after 2 days of wearing them brand new, and there's a hanging loop that can come out the crotch-fly! as i typed this i'm on the sofa wearing them right now funny enough ironically.

Wish i knew what to expect before buying multiple pairs of them!, not a huge loss though

Also, "lounge-pants" i recently bought from some other brands such farah, aren't the best either unfortunately.

Best pair of slippers comfortable warm great fit.
I have got to say quality never had a pair of slippers that match these.

I ordered a pair of canvas shoes and have gone over 48 hours without a confirmation and HAVE ALREADY BEEN BILLED ON MY CREDIT CARD.
I have sent them 2 texts, 2 voicemails and 2 emails asking for confirmation and delivery status and have gotten no information.
I have disputed the charge with Wells Fargo and have a claim number.

Bought a pair of Ben sherman South canvas shoes they looked great how ever I only wore to and from work and after a few weeks the souls split and cracked in several places and after about 3 weeks they had fallen to pieces unfortunately I bought them from m and m and there return policy is a joke not what you expect when paying for a quality brand

Bought quality pair of ben sherman shoes. Worn infrequently over just a couple of months and the patent leather black is rubbing off and is brown underneath.

Very poor quality to price ratio.

Good product, delivered on time, good quality, good price. Unfortunately it was delivered to the completely wrong address.

The customer service dept. is more like customer disservice dept. Parcel not delivered because Ben Sherman gave the wrong address to courier, but wouldn't accept responsibility. £100 gone and they don't care.

I used to think Ben Sherman shirts were the best in the world NOT NOW, I bought 4 of them, one (a white one ) would NOT iron, I even took it to laundry service and they (who iron for a living) couldn't iron it, another the stitching came un done after one wearing, a navy blue one the color faded after 2 washes, a green one has turned to rubbish after being washed 4 or 5 times, not the same owners, the new owners do NOT want to know

my expierience, step by step:
1. the website does not work
2. then it work, but products cannot be ordered
3. then it's possible to order with free return, so I've placed an order. no confirmation email came.
4. confirmation email came after 2 days, the package came after two weeks
5. one of the pants that I've ordered does not even have a button, just ripped
6. I want to place a return, but no return label was attached. after I wrote to email to customer service, they told me return label costs 10 euro. why?
7. after few days I generate return label by their website. now it costs 12 euro.

I just feel cheated. The product quality is low and they cheat on shipping costs. Never ever Ben Sherman online

The quality is decent, but pretty pricey, im not sure the quality and price add up.

Bought 2 pairs of Ben Sherman pumps not canvas in white and black impossible to get response from mandm direct have mailed them few times no number to call them only worn few times and exact same problem with both pairs sole is cracked in both pairs in same place can't wear them if you don't want wet socks never again and no comeback like new

Only four months after purchasing some Ben Sherman shoes, they are falling apart with minimal wear... typically shoes last me 2 to 3 years, not months!

I made the assumption that when one purchased something from a Premium Brand that you should expect a reasonable quality product. Sadly I was mistaken in this case.

Purchased from the charlatans at M and M Direct - that’s another sorry tale. Customer Service is a joke. They want me to return them to check that it’s “fair wear and tear”.

Back on topic: my Slippers arrived on the 5th October. By the 21st they have holes in both where the sole is coming away from the uppers. They’ve been worn every day inside my house, not outside at all. I expected they would last at least three months, possibly more than six. Sadly less than three weeks.

Good job I paid a discounted price of £14.99 and not the £35 plus RRP! Even so that’s £0.93 per day!!

So Ben Sherman I very much doubt I will be buying anything from you ever again.

I am sad to say that I agree with these reviews. Ben Sherman was a near-mythical brand, the original owner build a sterling reputation with quality products. As a kid, you would save up to buy great quality Ben Sherman apparel at premium prices.

I now often see Ben Sherman products in discount chain stores (Marshall’s, etc.), shirts priced at $19.99
here in Boston, and, given that they are polyester knock-offs of what the Sherman brand used to be, barely worth that. The original brand owner sold it years ago, the new owners could not be doing more to drive it into the ground than if they were intending to. Sad what it’s come to. Sherman is a specialty brand, and even if they wanted to make a play to mainstream it more: the quality is so incredibly bad and tacky that the knew owners should be publicly shamed. Ben Sherman deserves so much better. They could fix the quality and re-brand and get people’s attention, so deep is the love for Ben and so entrenched in people’s history...

My American friend and I recently visited the BEN SHERMAN store located in Cheshire Oaks. My friend was stuck in a 1990's "Modern Romance" style of dress. We were assisted by LINDA. Linda was polite, friendly, helpful and professional and showed us excellent customer service.
