Bought a swimming trunk

Bought a swimming trunk, changed my mind, took it back the following day, they took it without a question asked. I’ve found the experience I’ve had with them was second to none, what a lovely, kind people they were, I’m definitely go back and shop again at Bentall.

Bentalls did not give me my full money back for a new purchase

Yesterday I wanted to return an item that I bought 2 weeks ago from all Saints - Bentalls , but they did not give me the money back because the receipt they gave me had an exchange item which they said because of the exchange receipt you paid part of the full amount , so they can’t give me the full amount for the new item !!!! Which is really stupid !!
It was their fault that they gave me an exchange receipt without telling me that I can’t return a new purchased item if it was with an exchanged item on my he same receipt. They should have done the return on a separate receipt and give me a new receipt for the new purchase, but obviously this was easier for the employee to do rather than doing two receipts, she was not even bothered to tell me that !
First , its All saints employee mistake, second this is the worst policy I have ever heard in London’s shops!!
After waiting for more than half an hour talking to 2 managers , non of them understood my situation ,they advised me to read fennick exchange and return policy when I have been shopping at Bentalls for more than 20 years, they gave me credit note where I should have had the full money back !
I should have made a complain to a higher manager but I had an appointment that I should have go to instead of wasting more time solving a problem Made by them not me.
I used to love Bentalls , but now I hate it and I told and will keep telling everybody about it

Jessica and Samantha amazing!

Just visited bentals to get my self matched up for make up and I was helped by jess on nars. Super helpful and happy to do so, she really knew her stuff and went the extra mile to complete my look when matching my skin tones. I got what I needed then wondered over to fragrance where I was warmly greeted by Samantha, she too was super helpful and couldn't have done more for me! So greatful I turned up to Kingston today. Excellent team members, which is hard to find! Thank you ladies I appreciate your help x

Pleasurable shopping experience

Visited the Kingston store of Bentalls today with my sister with the purpose of buying a new sofa and chairs. I had the very good fortune to meet Valentina who, along with her sweet nature was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She is an absolute credit to the store. First class customer service. Clear information as to time scales etc. All questions were answered and I therefore left the store without any doubts as to the purchase I made. Thank you Valentina!

We found a great chair at a good price…

We found a great chair at a good price from Baker and Stonehouse in Bentalls, Kingston. Valentina and her colleague could not have been more helpful: very personable to deal with, knowledgeable and informative. The sample swatches we requested were delivered the next day so we could proceed quickly. We now have to wait for our chair to be made but are confident that everything will be dealt with as promptly and professionally as possible.

NARS counter

Bought NARS concealer from Bentalls in Kingston and they gave me a tester. I wrote to Bentalls Centre on 12/5 and never eceived a reply. Went back and returned it but when I got home, although it wasn't a tester this time, it was empty! Don't know if its a Bentalls problem or NARS, but I can barely get anything out of it. I won't travel all the way to Kingston again, but it's very inconvenient and bad luck happened twice! I have a photo of the empty bottle, only used small amount twice. Won't be buying from there again since they keep giving me used makeup, which is not cheap!

Excellent customer service in Kingston

Excellent customer service in Kingston
The two gentlemen in the kitchen section of Bentalls in Kingston are very knowledgeable and have been very helpful to me over the past 2-3 years in choosing pots and pans. This excellent level of customer service is rare and is much appreciated by me, so thank you.
Btw I had tried to let Bentalls know the above via their online contact page but it doesn't work! When I submitted my comments I got a message saying something like "Invalid Captcha key".

Bentall's Kingston customer service...abysmal

Bentall's customer care at Kingston is abysmal. I purchased an expensive duvet prior to moving house to the other end of the country. On opening it a few weeks after the move I found the duvet to be unstitched in a visible place where it meets the pilklows. As I do not accept such quality at a high price and was not retuning to London for another month, I contacted Bentall's customer services people at Kingston and received a reply saying they has passed the matter on. Some weeks later - and despite follow up e-mails - Kingston have refused to reply. If you want something put right by Bentall's Kingston, do not trust them to do so. They have lost my trust, respect and custom. As I say...ABYSMAL.
