My second visit to Bentley & Skinner, and once again an exceptional experience. This is truly one of London’s finest jewellers, with a remarkable heritage in both fine jewellery and high-quality antique and vintage pieces.

From the moment you walk through the door, the service is warm, polished, and impeccable. On both occasions, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Reg Penfold, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding.

They are also excellent for jewellery repairs, handled with real expertise and care. The entire atmosphere of Bentley & Skinner is elegant and timeless — a place that genuinely transports you to a more majestic era.

As jewellers holding the honour of By Appointment to His Majesty The King, their reputation speaks for itself and truly transcends borders.

I highly recommend Bentley & Skinner to anyone in London or visiting the country, whether for a special new purchase or trusted expert services. A wonderful experience every time.

My experience with Bentley and Skinner was excellent, and I do not understand the negative review posted by one person. My experience was the complete opposite; from the time I telephoned to make an enquire to purchasing and receiving my ear rings exquisietly packed with the utmost of care. It isn't fair of me to single one person out , but I am going too anyway. Omar Vajar went completely out of his way to accomadate my wishes, give advice, and at all time remained polite and courteous

I have wanted a signet ring for some time and in Bentley & Skinner found a company that is approachable and helpful, and in Sanjeet Jagdev, a representative who was friendly and thorough in guiding me through the process and doing exactly what she had said. The result was a ring that is beautifully made and something that already I can look to pass on to my son in years to come.

An incredibly positive shopping experience where the standard of service, advice received and communication was only matched by the quality of the product.

The ring was exactly as promised and the detail that the engraver was able to carve was beyond my already high expectations.

I traveled from overseas and came to Bentley and Skinner with the sole purpose of creating a signet ring I could pass onto my son. Reg was amazing as he guided me through the different options and offered his expert advice. The whole experience from the moment we walked into the store far exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to see the finished result.

Was getting quotes for signet rings recently. The server was rude, patronising and short. He opened a box full of examples but unhelpfully made no effort to explain products, even with prompting. Anything he did say was delivered in way that made it feel as though he thought I was either an idiot or not worthy of his time. I visited the shop with a friend, who said it was such a frosty and hostile experience that he could barely look up from his phone out of sheer awkwardnesses.

This is in contrast to the other jewellers nearby, such as Hancocks or Deakin and Francis, where the service was exceptional. I actually mentioned one of these stores, hoping the server might try to employ any form of salesmanship at all, but instead he barked “why don’t you go and ask them”. I will be returning to one of their rivals to buy a ring next week and would highly recommend anyone else avoids Bentley and Skinner at all costs. In my experience both Hancocks or Deakin and Francis seem to actually value their customers. The staff member I encountered here should try a different job.

I had been looking for a signet ring as an heirloom for me to pass to my son for some time. If you’re looking for something really special then Bentley & Skinner is the place to find it.

I dealt with Reg, a complete gentleman who guided me through the process of selecting my deep seal hand engraved ring.

I would highly recommend Bentley & Skinner for any gentleman looking for that special signet ring. The shop, the process & service is all second to none.

The ring itself is absolutely exceptional. There are cheaper variants out there but if you want the best, with the best quality at every step of the process, then speak to Bentley & Skinner & ask for Reg……

I felt intimated by the grandness of the store but I shouldn't have worried. Staff quickly and kindly fixed a broken bracelet while I waited.

Fantastic and very prompt assistance from Bosco and Lola in re-sizing and restoring a wedding band, which was hugely appreciated.

The jewellery on offer is something else: It has depth, is beautiful, and the choice cuts across many tastes. I was impressed at the professionalism of the team, especially Reg, but also the ease of contact; nothing was too much trouble. If it’s not hackneyed to say,’it sparked joy’, and shall enjoy my brooch. Is a must to visit on my next London trip.

Impressive collection of solitaire rings with single stone diamond of different shapes and cuts. A great shop to get a replica antique ring made in London, and a real jewellery treat for Christmas!
