Indie Artists - Stay away from this company!

Let's call this what it is. Bently scrapes email addresses from social media and approaches independent artists selling hope and a dream.
No legit record company charges a fee to sign an artist. They are charging $299 for the most basic music distro services and calling it an "Artist Development Deal".
They won't promote your music. They won't cut you royalty checks if your song actually catches traction. They are not a record company, they are scammers.
Luckily I didn't fall for their pitch when they emailed years ago, but I have a client who did. My client has tried to contact Bentley repeatedly to take down his music, and they ignore every message.
BENTLEY, IF YOU WANT THIS REVIEW TAKEN DOWN, IMMEDIATELY REMOVE MY CLIENT'S MUSIC, SEND HIM THE METADATA FOR ALL RELEASES AND DELETE HIS ACCOUNT ON BENTLEY "RECORDS".

Bentley Records is a festering scam…

Bentley Records is a festering scam machine loosley glued together by a desperate, paper-thin, fragile little man named Luca Dayz whose entire “career” is built on lies, stock photos, and stolen music. The only thing this clown actually produces is fraud. The company exists solely to drain artists’ royalties, flip stolen verses from major artists, and upsell fake services like “Billboard campaigns” and “iTunes charting packages” that will result in detected streaming fraud.

This guy is so obsessed with pretending he’s important that he created his own fake psychology school just to crown himself a “Doctor.” He brags about running a private jet company, but the Luxoair site is nothing but generic stock images and imaginary pilots. Same for his laughably fake yacht company. Now he’s cosplaying as a space mogul, pretending to be some bargain-bin Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk with a fake space startup. None of these “companies” are real, none are registered businesses, and none of the trademarks he plasters everywhere actually exist. He even hands himself imaginary awards from companies he made up.

Luca plays dress-up behind layers of fake personas, pretending he has teams of employees like “Jessica James” and “Kate,” who are just him in a dress and wig behind a laptop. He even created a fake attorney named “Matthew Lehmann” and made an entire website for this imaginary lawyer, lehmannlawfirmDOTattorney. The site claims this guy’s office is inside 3 World Trade Center, yet no floor, no suite number, no listing, and shocker: there is no Matthew Lehmann registered with the NY Bar at all.

When we served Bentley Records, Luca Dayz, Luxo Group International, and “Matthew Lehmann” with lawsuit paperwork, every attempt either bounced back or led to physical locations where staff flat-out said no one by those names has ever been there. See for yourself on the trade center's wiki that Luxo, Bentley Records, and his imaginary lawyer friends are not listed. Bentley Records lists a 10 Wall Street address that is nothing but a Regus virtual mailbox that he has not paid for in years. And the BentleyRecords.io website was created only in August 2025, proving Luca intentionally posted fake locations on a brand-new site.

He steals verses from Anno Domini, Wyshmaster Beats, and Holy Toledo Productions, then resells the exact same "major-artist vocals" to artists who trusted him because he markets them as exclusive, legitimate features. People believe him because he presents himself as a label, not because they’re “desperate.” He manipulates hopes, exploits trust, and weaponizes people’s dreams to take every cent out of them like the pathetic, gutless scammer he is. Artists whose stolen verses he’s resold include LIL WAYNE, TWISTA, DRAKE, 50 CENT, G-UNIT, EMINEM, GUCCI MANE, SNOOP DOGG, JUICY J, SEAN KINGSTON, PHARRELL, and basically every name inside the Wyshmaster, Anno Domini, and Holy Toledo catalogs.

If you sign with Bentley Records, you will NOT see your royalties. You will be offered fake promotions, fake chart placements, fake playlisting that’s just bot streams, fake “industry connections,” fake TV/movie placements, will never be in billboard publications or NBA 2k and left with only empty promises and no money. Luca thinks he’s clever, but he’s a delusional little fraud mouse with a glass jaw, and his own idiotic arrogance will be what finally brings down his scam empire.

He uses our money to get a lavish hotel once in a while to "fake it for the gram" but has yet to change his clothes in the last 6 years - go look at his IG for yourslef. instagram.com lucadayz. The accolads are all pay to play, including yahoo. Google social media and traffic audit sites and run his IG name and websites through them. You will see his followers are fake and sites get zero unique traffic. He literally has 40 monthly listners on Spotify. Spotify knows he is a fraud. That's why all songs with "major features" are no longer posted on Spotify, go LOOK!

If you’ve been scammed by Luca Dayz or Bentley Records, file a scam report with the FBI and join the class action lawsuit. Don’t sit silently and let this clown hurt more artists. This is a tiny, older than he claims to be, scared, fragile man who will eventually end up in federal prison. How long he stays there, and how much him and his co-defendants and families of them cough up, depends on you and I. It’s our responsibility to stop this coward from preying on more vulnerable artists who trusted him with their dreams.

And to you Luca, you know what I speak here is true. So does the FBI, the United States Government, the country you hide in, and your "wife." His only connect is Rick Ross who just was exposed again for his own scams
