Not very happy the ornament I ordered was smashed - it was in the sale so I couldn’t be bothered sending it back - but not what I would expect from Bents

Online ordering was so easy

Online ordering was so easy, delivery was excellent & the product is stunning. Love Bents, visiting the centre is an experience from the restaurants to the shops etc. love it!!

Out of eleven items ordered and paid…

Out of eleven items ordered and paid for in the sale only two items were delivered. The rest of my order was unavailable and received a refund. Bit of a waste of time going online two days before the in store sale started.
However the two items I did receive was great value for money.

Order status changed to refunded

Order status changed to refunded. No explanation as to why. Fortunately I managed to get to Bents (twice) last week (I live an hour away) and bought some Christmas flowers. The store is wonderful.

Christmas Eve sale good - but left disappointed

Good to be able to shop in the sale on 24th Dec when I was told my full order would be completed that week. Then to be told after Christmas- on 28th - that item isn’t in stock was infuriating. I then couldn’t shop on the store sale to see if I could get it. Did get an email about it but still very annoyed that stock levels are not synced with delivery information

I love bents and go frequently, dissatisfied on line purchases

I love bents and go frequently to buy groceries and other items, I was very disappointed in ordering on line for the sales. I ordered on 26 th and on the 27th went to the store and saw all the items I had ordered on line, so I did not get them as I had already ordered them. I was told on the 29th that most of my items were out of stock!!! I was very disappointed

Part of my order was cancelled and they…

Part of my order was cancelled and they said they had done a refund. Not received it yet. Then the part that did come was wrong. 1 of everything instead of two. Again emailed them and they apologised and said would refund. Not received it yet.

Outstanding Customer Service

I called up Bents, as I live in the South East, but I ordered a Pre-lit Christmas Tree from Bents back in 2016.

My adapter has blown the fuse and all the lights didn't work just before Christmas. I was getting a fair bit of aggro from the Wife and Children. As the tree was 7 years old the adapter had changed and I couldn't source one online.

Bents couldn't of been more helpful. Dave in the Tree department and Sam who was the point of contact.

Without me even asking they couriered 2 x adapters to me which arrived the next day and now I have lights on my tree! They didn't charge me a thing.

This is how you do customer service!

Absolutely fantastic customer service

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I purchased a pre lit Christmas tree a couple of years ago and this year the lights blew. I rang Bents and the gentleman immediately knew what the problem was. I received a new transformer two days later. Fantastic after care service.
