Ordered 5th feb, no delivery despatch or response to comms.
Ordered 5th feb, with 6-8 days delivery. No despatch as yet and no response to 2 communications. I had no idea the rug was being sent from Germany, .uk website is not transparent about this. This rating could change depending on what happens in next week.

I never received my rug and it had the…
I never received my rug and it had the wrong house number in it and was returned to company. How this can happen when it came directly from PayPal is very strange. I have never had issues before with my address using PayPal so I would assume there has been human intervention in the inputting of the house number somewhere along the order chain.

Good website, clear realistic pictures and descriptions. My cushion covers arrived beautifully packaged and are so fluffy and soft, can’t wait to finish decorating my living room and getting them on my sofas!

Gorgeous and great quality rugs! Very decent price and you can get a bargain with the ones on sale. Easy to order online and very fast delivery! Was kept updated with the tracking of our delivery too. Was delivered in a secure packaging.
