Customer service doesn't exist
Around December 12th, I sent an email to Benuta saying that I was not satisfied with the carpets, the quality is poor, they are very rough, nothing that I expected. Since then I have made countless insistences and nobody answers!
Only later I saw on the site itself that it was possible to make the return without having Benuta's permission, but it was already late, as the deadline for doing so had passed.
If Benuta had simply answered, I would have known that I could return the carpets.
I spent €200 on two carpets and I am very dissatisfied.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
And I'm still waiting for an answer.

i am from Estland and bought shaggy rug. Delivery was only 10daya with DPD. Today i get it and i am was supriced - rug is perfect ! Better whan on web page. Its very soft and color amazing ! It’s was best experiance ! on novermber i will buy 2 rugs more to anothers rooms! Price very cheap for these rug! Thank you very much !
