I wanted to change size of a carpet because it was smaller than expected, they requested 200 SEK for sending it back. That was almost the price of the carpet itself.

14 days after my order and no delivery they sent me an email saying they were cancelling my order. No more information and I still don't have my money back. Dont buy anything from this scam company.

Placed my order on Dec 20 2024. By January 22nd I hadnt had any update on my order. That that same day I sent an email requesting the cancellation of my order. To my surprise less than 3 hours later I got an email notyfing me that my order was being delivered. Not Benuta or the UPS delivery company notified me about the expected delivery date/ time. Today 28 days after placing my order I got my carpet.
As other customers have expressed here, Benuta has quite long processing times, they do not update customers regarding the status of the orders, there is no communication whatsoever between Benuta or the UPS delivery company with the customer regarding expected delivery date/times, and additionally to that the carpet arrived poorly folded on a cardboard box without any plastic protecction.
I am pretty sure they can do way better than this.

The delivery and the quality of the products exceeded expectations. The order was shipped and delivered promptly and the whole process went rather smooth. Especially super happy with the Dave rug we ordered for the living room. The best purchase we have done for the house so far. The rug is so soft and of high quality. Still looks the same after 6 months.

Brought home a rug that I could vacuum an entire bag of wool out of. It felt like the whole house was covered in wool just from laying it on the floor

Product quality, I love the rugs that I bought, the website photos are pretty accurate and delivery was fast.

My Benuta carpet arrived on time with a neat and sustainable packaging. The colours of the carpet are exactly the same as that was put up on the online store and I am quite happy with that. But the thickness and the carpet measurements are not upto my level of expectations.

The carpets are as on the website. Loved the unique designs and their quality. Plus points for their price as they don't cost a fortune.

All went okay with my order, it took just a couple of days longer than I expected, and somehow ups didn’t let me change the ups access point.
About the carpet: it is very nice, I chose a smaller size, so compared to the pictures the pattern is cut, but it’s still very nice. Material is also very soft. It was packed rolled, so there were no permanent signs on the carpet due to packaging.
Overall considering the price, it is a good product.

The carpet I got was obviously a previous returned product, since it had no plastic around it, and upon unfolding the mat I found not only rubbish like nutshells and bits of a candybar wrapper but also a chain belonging to a necklace.
If I had known I would recieve a priduct in a used condition I would have liked to buy it at a lower discount price. But the carpet itself is a nice one.
