I've placed an order on 26th of April.
The delivery was estimated between 24 to 48 hours.
Today is 3rd of May, and my order is "in lavorazzione".
No email, or any other communication.

dented bottles

Dear Sir or Madam, your product is great. Unfortunately most bottles were dented and battered. I think that the bottles should be packed better so that they don´t damage each other.

Unfortunately, it seems like our temporary solution did not meet the standards we aim to uphold, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I like the product but not the service

I like the product, but have to buy it on other platforms, as I had issues with them before (not sending me my order, not bothering to inform that they suddenly stopped sending the oil to Sweden and leaving the procedure of requesting the refund to myself). Basically no service. But the last order was the end of the story when I did not get anything at all, no oil (they said they had sent it), no refund.
Edited: I got my refund now. Would still consider another channels:)
