Have purchased from this company a number of times in the last 12 months for my 4 sets of MC120.2s, S80.2’s, S45s, Beocenter 7007, 2 Beomaster 6000, and Beocenter 9000- fully refurbished all of them using components from Beoparts- all good and quick delivery to the UK- only criticism I would have is having a system where an account is set up on line and remembers previous sales and addresses etc- have to punch in details every time you order- Great company, decent prices and good delivery

Good quality parts for all vintage B&O equipment. Reasonable prices, and very fast delivery, even overseas. I got my product as fast as it takes to get it from the next state over from me.

I ordered replacement capacitors for B&O’s RL140 speakers. After ordering I became concerned whether the capacitors would be of the quality that I hoped, because no brand name is provided, and reached out to the service team. Their replies were immediate and helpful.

When I received the capacitor kit it not only contained the parts, but a helpful schematic to support the installation.

Most importantly: the speakers sound wonderful!

Ordered a simple string weighing 10g from Beoparts. Could fit in an envelope. After 3 weeks and several phone calls (each time from me), the customer service employee told me she couldn't do anything about it. I told her that shipping is their responsibility and not mine. The lady in question didn't like that, she felt this risk should be mine. In response, without any further consultation, the order was cancelled and my money refunded. What an unproffesional organisation and what a poor way of treating customers !!. And that for a small string.
