We ordered bespoke chairs from Berba, and are very happy with the overall service and quality product delivered . The payment system was transparent. Dilay who works in the production side kept us duly apprised and sent photos of the chairs during different stages of manufacturing. He was able to sort out any issues / queries very quickly. The goods arrived properly packed to prevent any damages during transportation.

Berba Group (John& his team) were highly responsive , on point , had stocks of furniture ready for delivery , Berba pricing structure was all inclusive to be delivered to your door -Invoicing was efficient & accurate showing pictures of each item purchased
The product is great quality & easy to understand , with a follow up video for assistance with assembly .

I highly recommend this company if you’re interested in purchasing furniture, I purchased the furniture for my lounge and the quality is really good. Delivery wasn’t too long either.

We ordered chairs from this company for our restaurant.

They delivered on time but product was grossly substandard and the wooden legs broke as customers sat on them and caused the customer to fall to the ground. When we got In touch with them to complain . The arrogant guy said we ll we have differently priced products . You ordered the the cheaper one ! And we can't do anything about it .I'm like what !! just because we bought the product from budget range you don't expect it to break during the first couple of weeks of use. we even had a customer fall off the chair who sought compensation through our insurance company . I had to pay a welder to come and reinforce the chair bases. !
Terrible thuggish attitude from the owner .who is fortunate that we are nice people and he is in a different city , and we don't have time to go and have words face to face . otherwise we would make sure to get a full refund and give the owner a humbling experience.

I placed an order for 4 breakfast bar stools in May, 2025 & they arrived on July 17, 2025. Yes it was a very long process but the results! Amazing! The day the team started making the stools, I was informed. Then step by step all the way through this lady Dilay was updating the process & sent me photos of stools. I was very excited seeing the process & eagerly looking forward seeing them physically. When I saw them with my own eyes, I was so pleased that I wanted to see Dilay & wanted to give her a big tight hug. Work is just beautiful/amazing. Wonderful team. I think Dilay deserve a medal. Bar stools are every inch perfect & so beautiful price does not pinch me. You done a fantastic job Dilay. Very well done!😀👍🤣👌kep up & make every customer happy as you did to me. Thanks a million. Love you a lot.

I absolutely love the furniture and accessories (design and quality) . There is so much choice of fabrics and colours to do the design you want!

The price is fair for the quality. I would order more from Berba.

As for service, i would like to thank In particular to Dilay for very good communication during the transportation of goods from manufacturing to my house. There was a delay and i was kept in the loop.
