Level 3 Teaching Assistant Course BETHANY
I honestly cannot thank my skills coach Bethany enough for all the support, kindness and encouragement she has given me throughout my Level 3 Teaching Assistant course. Balancing my full-time job with this qualification, alongside other courses I was taking, has not always been easy — but Bethany was always there, understanding my situation without any judgement and always finding ways to make things work. She went above and beyond to adapt to my schedule, offering flexibility whenever I needed it, and checking in regularly to make sure I was coping both with the workload and personally. Bethany's calm, reassuring approach made such a difference to my confidence. She always made me feel like I could achieve my goals, even when I doubted myself. Her feedback was always clear, constructive and supportive, and she always explained things in a way that made sense, no matter how complicated they first seemed.

Amazing skills coach
Kelly has been an amazing skills coach. She was so helpful and supportive throughout the course. The apprenticeship was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be but you are supported throughout the whole process and have walked away having learnt so many new skills that I have been applying into my everyday life whether at work or at home.

I’ve just completed the final assignment for the last module of my SEND TA apprenticeship. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with two fantastic skills coaches — Gemma Rayner and Sarah Morgan. Their guidance, support, and clear explanations have been invaluable, and they consistently went above and beyond to help me understand and apply what I was learning.

Sheena has been a wonderful skills coach for my wellbeing apprenticeship. I have an incredibly busy workload for my full time job and she has encouraged me and kept me going to ensure I finish the apprenticeship. As part of the SEN TA Apprenticeship I have completed the first 9 modules. They have been well designed and cover a variety or topics. My Skills Tutor, Gemma, has been working with me to help me streamline my work effectively and to meet deadlines. I have found she is able to talk me through the practical and technical ways to record my off-the job hours. She has in-depth knowledge of working with SEN children and how to support them and their families. Gemma is patient, easy to trouble-shoot with and encourages curiosity when reflecting in professional discussions. She is also enthusiastic to share information to further develop my understanding of working in a SEN base within a mainstream school. I am looking forwards to our further sessions prior to my end-point assessment.

Supportive, friendly, and genuinely helpful
I had the pleasure of working with Beth during my apprenticeship and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. She was always kind, patient and explained things clearly no matter how many questions I had. Beth really took the time to understand how I learned best and always made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the material. Thanks to her support, I made real progress, especially with my assessments, and I felt much more prepared in my role.

Astonishing Experience, Remarkable Results
I have no words to thank enough the BeReady team. My learning journey started with Jennifer, who offered an amazing service from our very first communication. Sophie, my skills coach, has been absolutely supportive, helpful and flexible and made me understand my strengths while we worked on my skills; she guided me during every assessment, while she provided valuable information that improved my learning and my teaching skills. They have a wonderful team who provide the functional skills learning and if anything I will always remember Lisa, Kayleigh and Suzanne without whom I wouldn't have felt so confident to take the exams and succeed. I am now at the last stages of my LSA course and I am already looking into starting a second course with BeReady.

My tutor, Sophie B, was brilliant!
Sophie, my tutor, was amazing. She has 5 stars from me! Sophie completely understood that I worked in a very busy SENDi team and was always on hand to offer advice on how to manage my work load, and understood when my assignments were late... which was most of the time! Sophie is full of knowledge, would challenge me as well as push me. Thank you Sophie!

I’ve been working with Andrea Horton for nearly 9 months now and honestly she’s been absolutely amazing. The support I receive for Andrea is second to none and whilst being off sick for 9 weeks when I come back to logon Andrea was there helping me through each module which I didn’t expect at all. I was so close to calling it a day as I felt so behind in the training due to being off but with Andrea’s confidence and trust we managed to get me back to where I needed to be and I couldn’t of done it without her. She’s been the best mentor and has guided me through the training with such kindness and understanding. I really appreciate that so thank you. You know your job so well and it really helps me this end having someone who is so passionate about what they do.
I’m always a nervous when it comes to the professional discussions but once Andrea always steps in and calms me down and makes sure I’m ok before going on to complete and gives me such great feedback afterwards which always makes everything a lot better.

Today marks the day I have passed my course. My coach Gemma has been THE best coach I could of wished for. Her time, effort and support has been incredible and much needed at times to be my inner cheerleader and show me I can do it. Gemma has always replied to emails and messages on the app quickly and nothing has been too much. I honestly can't thank her or the course enough by showing me I really can do it.

L3 SEND apprenticeship
I am 11 months into my course with 3 units left to do before my end point assessment, you can go as fast as you like to finish the course sooner if you want to. This course has taught me lots of new things and has been extremely worthwhile.
My skills coach, Angela Long is fantastic, she is approachable, very informative, she makes sure I understand everything and makes me feel at ease and she checks in on my wellbeing every time we meet. Angela goes above and beyond with everything and if I send a message she responds very quickly. Very supportive tutor.

I just want to say how incredibly supportive my course coach, Angela Long, has been throughout my learning journey. From day one, she has created such a calm and encouraging environment, which honestly made such a difference—especially when I had to do my first professional discussion recording. I was stressed up to the moon, but Angela was there, helping me to calm down, reminding me that I could do it, and making the whole situation feel much less scary.
She has this amazing way of making everything feel manageable, no matter how overwhelmed I was feeling at the time. The atmosphere she creates is always so friendly and positive, and it’s clear how much she genuinely wants us to succeed. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better coach.
I could say so much more about how great Angela is, but to keep it simple—she’s been a huge part of keeping me motivated and feeling supported. I feel very lucky to have her as my coach

Level 3 Wellbeing practitioner
Really enjoyed the level 3 Mental Health and Wellbeing course. The only down side to the course is that I did an extra modual to gain a SEN certificate and I have never received it.I put alot of work into it and i was told that I would receive a certificate. I have contacted my tutor and she never contacted me back. I have to say my tutor Claire was brilliant. She gave me alot of confidence and pulled me through the course. I would like my cpd certificates that I'm owed please.

I've just completed my course and waiting on my end point assessment. I have found this course very useful and my tutor Sophie is fantastic, she's been extremely helpful and encouraging throughout. If I've needed anything and sent a message she replied quickly, same day or if I sent a message late she would reply the next morning. Excellent, supportive tutor.
