Poor customer service

Overall happy with Berg products. Very high quality and good trampolines. However, we have an issue with our padding and our mat (its within the warranty period). We made a claim/report. It has now been over three weeks with zero response and we have a unusable trampoline for two kids during a time when kids want to jump every day. Very frustrating as they are impossible to reach and feel their customer service is very poor

Faulty wheels - terrible customer service - pooooorrrrrr

Faulty wheels , and a nightmare to get them replaced.
all they do they pass me from berg to wiked toys - like is my problem that BERG uses other suppliers.
Very very disappointing customer service and taking on board ownership of the issue.
To pay extra for a product , and especially that product is sent out faulty is out of this world, absolutely terrible

The order tracking does not work

The order tracking does not work. You order, get a confirmation, and after several days you get a link to view shippment starus that doesnt work. So you have no idea of your order status.

delay

i ordered a product to be delivered to the UK the time frame was 12 working days its already 15 working days and no one has contacted me . very disappointing

I bought a Berg XL GoKart, painful to build and still unfinished!!

I bought a Berg XL GoKart last year and I still haven't completely built it. Unfortunately I don't have a distributor around me who could have built the go kart and so it was left to me. I am normally good with IKEA and general DIY around the house but I found the BERG GoKart not so easy. The instructions are poorly written, not as good as LEGO or IKEA and there is a lack of up to date build videos on YouTube. Bolts on the GoKart are not the right size and didn't match up exactly with the instructions. So I am left with a half built GoKart which is useable but I haven't added the speedometer, the black racing plastic finishing because it slid off the first time, so I have left it off. Very disappointed with the whole experience and my recommendation to BERG would be to have up to date BUILD videos on YouTube and if possible get some customers to build some so they understand the pain of some one who is building one for the first time. Speak with LEGO or IKEA and get the instructions updated so they are easy to follow and make sure that every step with every bolt is easily identifiable and has the correct bolt in the pack. I have contacted BERG many times through their Helpdesk and they have been helpful, but it has got very tiring to repeatedly call them to get a finished product. The mistake that I realise now is that I should have found bought from a local shop who would have done the assembly, but there are none locally who sell the BERG XL BLACK EDITION BFR-3.

The team at BERG were amazing, I placed an order then realised it's 11days for delivery, I contacted the the company and told them I have a birthday for my niece 4 days before delivery date, they guys at BERG emailed me back and said they will get it there before or on the date for the birthday WHICH THEY DID 👍👍👍👍

Top quality products - my kids love the trampoline!

We have had our trampoline for 9 years now and needed to replace the green padding and netting. Delivery was quick and customer service was fantastic - when I ordered the full net package (including poles) by mistake instead of just the netting, they covered postage so that I could just buy the netting as required. Top quality product which keeps my kids happy every day the weather allows them to use it!

Berg.com are simply terrible.

Over the past two months, I have been attempting to obtain a part from Berg.com. Each time I contacted them, I was given a different excuse for the delay. Their most recent correspondence is included below. I responded by requesting a shipping code, as I do not believe a word they say, but—unsurprisingly—I received no reply.

Throughout my life, there have been occasions where I considered leaving negative reviews for companies but ultimately chose not to. However, my experience with Berg.com has been so exceptionally poor that I felt compelled to share my experience. Their customer service is, without question, the worst I have ever encountered.

I will continue to update this posts on developments.

"We apologise for the problems you have experienced.

The issue has been identified and a new jump mat will be send to you. You should receive the order within the next week. "

Regarding the missing bolts, please contact our shipping partner Wicken Toys in the UK if you have not already done so. They will help you to receive the missing bolts as soon as possible.
With the valve caps, it is not that they are missing, but they are not allowed due to safety regulations for children's toys.

Berg Biky

The website was easier to navigate and making the purchase for super easy. We purchased a Berg Biky for our son’s fourth birthday. It was easy to assemble and he has been on it ever since.

Fantastic quality and design

Fantastic quality and design! Easy to assemble and friendly to ride for a 2,5 year old boy. Easy to carry also with one hand if my son decides to take a break. Definitely recommend. Every thing is really well thought through.
If I am to be really picky I would wish for a “vertical mode” for storage purposes.
