Simple, rapide, efficace

Receiver is surprised by the lovely colours of the flowers! Loves the packaging and it's delivered on time.

Ordered flowers from the UK for a friend who lives in France. All went through smoothly and arrived safely and on time. Friend sent me a thank you photo of the flowers and they look lovely. Will use again. (Google translate, was very helpful on the website)

Everything went wrong - my delivery was not left as requested and the delivery company (Geodis) sent a link to reorganise it, but it didn’t work. The customer service agent at Bergamotte was not interested in helping me, was rude and refused to give me her name so I could complain about her attitude and lack of willingness to help. She then proceeded to hang up on me. She kept insisting that it was my fault the delivery couldn’t be made - in spite of the clear instructions I had given. She refused to accept responsibility for the problem (despite the hefty delivery charge paid to Bergamotte). She refused to put her manager on the line and, as I said, hung up on me. I would not recommend Bergamotte - the flowers are expensive, the delivery charge high, and the customer service is appalling.

I ordered the Amman bouquet for Mother’s Day. The bouquet arrived on time, but it didn’t look like the pictures. I ordered size M, but in reality, it was very small and had very few flowers—more green leaves than actual flowers. There were three pink roses and two purple tulips. For the price of €60, in my opinion, it’s not worth it. However, a positive aspect is that the flowers were delivered on time and were not wilted or dried out.

Probably, size L or XL would be more suitable for the bouquet to look good.

Excellent service, great quality and good prices. It was an easy process, from choosing the right flowers to get them delivered at the right time.

Very bad experience. Flowers and chocolates scheduled to arrive 1st Jan fir birthday. They recommended delivery Saturday before flowers arrive nearly dead one week late. No compensation to date they offered to redeliver but as I had to find alternative this was useless. I asked for refund no reponse. I will not use again

Outstanding communication and services, the Bonsai , flowers and chocolates were amazing and the Bergamotte team went out of their way to meet the quality criteria of the Bonsai. We even got a little present to compensate for delivery delay. Will use this company again !

Great and reliable service

I have ordered 4 indoor plants that costed over 200 euros.
one week after I have received the plants some leaves started going yellow and some spots appeared in the middle of some of the leaves.
I emailed them for help and they only acknowledged responsibility for one of the plants and replaced it.
Now all of them are dead!

I ordered flowers for my sister in Paris to be delivered on her birthday. That day, she got a text from the delivery service stating that the flowers would be delivered between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. She waited until 2:00 pm, no flowers. They weren't delivered until 2 days later, with no explanation, after emails from both me and my sister. Plus the vase was broken. Very expensive (159 Euros + delivery charge) and crappy experience.

Pictures of product shown with a pot, decorations and a star. Description said the same. Wasn't clear how you add those items to the order. The price suggested the pot was included at almost 30 euros for nothing but a tiny potted Christmas tree. Plus 9 euro delivery. It was expensive. I must say I don't speak French (it was a gift for my parents who are in France) but I did use Google to translate the entire website. My mum hasn't been well, and even this plain tree cheered her up because it was from me. I just wish she was receiving what I thought I was sending her as it would have really been special. I feel missled as I wouldn't have just sent her a plain tree for Christmas, it's not much of a gift without all the fun parts.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Bergamot - they helped re-arrange a delivery, replied as soon as I sent any message, were polite, very helpful and always making sure that as a customer I knew what was happening and that everything was to my satisfaction.
Would recommend Bergamot to anyone - thank you!

Living in the UK I wanted to send my uncle who lives in France a birthday gift for his 75th. I decided to use Bergamotte to send a beautiful camellia plant and biscuits. Unfortunately the delivery driver was unable to find the property and it wasn’t delivered. Marion and Tiffany have been amazing contacting me straight away and liaising with me to reschedule the delivery. They have kept me in the loop at every point and my uncle was delighted with his gift when it arrived. The camellia was a lovely, good sized, healthy plant with buds on which will hopefully give him many beautiful flowers for years to come. Great customer service especially as I was in a completely different country! Thank you
