Used tent sold as a new

We ordered a tent for the family and after receiving it from the post office, we checked it. The roof of the tent had been patched with duct tape and there were bird droppings on the roof. The tent was clearly used, but it was sold to us as new. Very disrespectful action! We do not recommend this store to anyone who acts in such an inappropriate way towards customers!

Sent an extra invoice after a return

I ordered swimsuit. It wasn’t right size and returned. They returned 45,95 when I paid 55,95 on the order and still sent me an invoice of 9,95 for the return! Totally against EU consumer rights laws. So customer needs to pay 20€ to return anything to this shop! I cannot recommend to anyone.

Regarding your claim that we violated EU consumer rights, we assure you that we are fully compliant. Our return policy, including the return costs, is transparently communicated on our website. We did not charge you twice for the return, as you have claimed.

Pikkupulju jonka toimitusaikalupaukset ei pidä. On huonoa selittämistä että yksittäisten ”suurten artikkelien” toimitusviivästyy, varsinkin kun arvosteluja lukiessa näkee ettei tämä ole ensimmäinen kerta.

Maksakaa mieluummin se 15% enemmän kotimaiselle, luotettavalle toimijalle.

” However, we regret to inform you that the delivery of individual bulky goods orders will be delayed by up to four working days from the originally communicated delivery time (see order confirmation). Unfortunately, your parcel is also affected. We are sorry about that!

BAD RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY AND POOR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

One year ago, I used to exchange a Tilley Hat for a bigger size on this website. It was good communication with the staff and free exchange. I thought they still kept this good service, but I was SO WRONG.
The policy changed at the end of April this year. The order under €50 will cost €5,95 for delivery. However, it will cost you even €9,95 to return the order (no matter the size and weight). They are not allow to exchange the product. Why don't they charge some for return but free for exchange? Or they want to discourage people who really want to buy the product? Now I'm stuck with the product I bought from them because it's smaller than I expect and the return cost is so high (79gram of product and it costs €9,95 to return).
On the website, the information about the product isn't clear. Different size of one product, the page only shows same dimensions. I have to go to the main brand website to double check the dimensions of the size I want to buy.

I would not come back to this store any more if they keep this stupid policy and poor product description.

Their return policy is sub-standard

Their return policy is sub-standard. Costs 10€ to return incorrectly sized items. Everything else is alright.

When looking into this we noticed that the parcel could not be delivered because the chosen delivery country did not match the delivery address. Therefore, the parcel was returned to our warehouse.

We strive to ship our packages to you and our other customers as quickly as possible, and in case of a return, to issue a refund without delay. However, this requires us to have semi-automated returns and shipping procedures. This is why your parcel was automatically recorded as a return and a full refund was issued.

If you would still like the items you originally ordered, unfortunately you will have to place a new order. The upside is that a new order can be processed much faster than redirecting a returned package. So, you’ll definitely receive your order more quickly!

customer origin... none

I tested boots small walk in the woods and noticed that boots were too big for me. I tried to change them but with bad outcome. They would not change item since I have tested them in real life. Now I have pair of too big and expensive boots that ruins my feet if try to use them. Never again I will order from them.

Got items with manufacture defects, had to pay extra to return them

I received items with manufacture defects, sent them back and got only partial refund. Had to pay 10€ shipping costs to return them even though it’s a fault of the shop. I’m frustrated, this thing has totally spoiled my experience and i don’t think i’m ever going to buy from them again, knowing that if anything is wrong with the item, it will be at my expense. However, everything else is fine: large stock, low prices, fast shipping, got responses from customer support very quickly.

Never got it but still ok

What can I say - great looking website and by the looks of it great products. I ordered a pair of shoes that never arrived so I guess I can't recommend it. However, they handled it pretty well. Two weeks after ordering the shoes I received a message that they had been returned for some reason. After sending them a message I received an apology within a minute or two and a suggestion to order another pair. The way they handled the response makes me think they can be trusted nevertheless.

Not so good

I ordered a winter jacket, 'cause it was getting cold in Finland and I found the jacket that I've been looking for in a discount price. Also because they promised 4-5 day delivery. I payed the jacket and two weeks passed and it didn't arrive, also the tracking didn't quite work. After two messages to the customwr service they told me that they sent the parcel accidentally to another customer and asked me if I still want to purchase the jacket, 'cause they were out of stock, but they could send me the jacket after that it has been returned. I told them that I would like them to send me the jacket after the other customer had returned it. Despite that they just gave me my money back and when I asked about it, they told me that I have to make a new order. I woulda got the discount price, although the offer had ended, but after month of waiting and for the difficulties I ordered the jacket from another shop. Can't really recommend.
