Rip-off merchants

They are rip-off merchants! And SLOW. My heating system broke down early January so I needed a quick fix. The BH Heatpump engineer came and diagnosed the problem as a faulty fan motor. Surely not expensive to repair... But they recommended changing not only the fan motor but also the plastic fan blade (£180) plus the PCB (£1,200) as routine. I checked with the manufacturer who said that it would be extremely unusual for the PCB to fail at the same time. So the overall bill was over £2,600 : for a failed fan motor. And it took over 2 months to repair. Not happy. I will not be using them again.

Highly recommended Used this company for our heat pump…

Used this company for our heat pump service
Excellent experience
Lovely engineer, honest trustworthy company, arrived on time, very thorough service, dont tie you into contract
Previously I had tried the people who fitted our air source heat pump and they like so many others are only interested in installation as that's the big payment for them. This company will do maintenance only and come back annually without tying you into a contract for that. I can not recommend them enough
