They state on website return or exchanges. Purchased 82.00 worth of product..offered 14.00. If full refund wanted I needed to shop back to Dubai. Don't buy from them.

Nice dress!

Beautiful dress!!! Classic elegant everything I was looking for to wear to a wedding!! Just note that the color is not a dark navy blue as shown in picture but still beautiful!!

I ordered 3 dresses. One was out of stock but was still listed on the site available to order. I was not notified until I questioned Customer Service because it was not included in my shipment. Second dress was poor fitting. Short waist sleeves came 2inches above the wrist.
Third dress was clearly not sized right. I wear a 16/18. I ordered a 2XXL. Dress arrived the equivalent of a size 12/14 although marked the size ordered
Dress 1 was refunded at full price.
Dress 2 and 3 were refused a refund "because there was nothing wrong with tem". They only refund if damaged. They did offer after multiple emails to refund $8 each. Paid $50 and $54 respectively. I have not received any response from Berlu nor the $16 they offered.

Sweaters are as advertised but the blue and green one has a very dark line in the yarn that’s obvious across the chest.

This website is a scam! From the moment I saw the dress in the bag I knew I was ripped off. The fabric and design is completely different and the quality is cheap. I immediately sent them an email asking them how I can return it for a full refund. They said they could give me $10 and I could keep the dress even though I paid $75. I declined and asked for a full refund in which they responded, how about $23? Do not buy anything from them.

Appears to be a scam. Ordered 3 days ago and they are 'still preparing my order for shipment'.

I replied to their email for a request and have heard nothing back.

Deceptive business practices. Their website claims easy returns, this is not true. They provided me an address in Dubai to ship the poor quality items I didn't want back to. Months later, I finally got the package back from the US Post Office as "undeliverable". Berluu customer service claimed they would give me a full refund when I emailed them pictures of the customs forms, my shipping label, and a picture of the returned package. Guess what? No refund. They then told me they tried to refund but the transaction failed and to contact my bank. Not true at all. My credit card company did not receive anything from me. They strung me along for months and now say it's too late for a refund. Crappy products, crappy customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Horrible, horrible company to deal with. They will not accept returns if an item doesn’t fit!! Then they make you ship it back to Asia which costs a fortune. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
