Very bad experience.
I placed an order that was supposedly eligible for 24–48 hour shipping, but that turned out to be false. It has already been 6 business days since I placed the order. Their fulfillment team is very slow. It took 3 business fays before lbc receive for shipment.

On top of that, the item could not be requested redelivery because they entered the wrong phone number, so I was unable to receive the OTP.

I was forced to contact LBC despite their very long queue, since Bermor Techzone’s customer service does not respond—only leaving messages on read/seen.

Do not trust their 24–48 hour shipping promise. Their customer service is also unreliable.

I ordered my parts totaling up to 30k and even paid for it immediately through debit card. My order was put on hold because one of the parts was, as it turns out, unavailable which didn't immediately reflect on their website when purchasing.

I've went ahead and contacted Customer Service after receiving an email that my entire order got put on hold. Their customer service takes around 30 minutes to reply to a message, sometimes even longer and they do not reply immediately.

They provided a number but they do not pick up the calls, which would have been more efficient.

Messaged them on Messenger too but all you get is a their chatbot.

I'm annoyed and frustrated. I might as well file a dispute if my order doesn't ship.

Poor customer service. They just needed to give me a refund. Almost 2 months now and they finally decided to give my money back after emails of sending no refund yet.

It’s also good to note sometimes their website is defective and sometimes items are really out of stock. For 20K PHP higher, good luck receiving your refund on time because they leave emails on hold.

BEST ECOMMERCE COMPUTER PLATFORM for shopping pc parts in the Philippines. However, for non-tech individuals and want to build a pc, it is not recommended to buy in bermor because they won't initiate recommending anything for best build optimization; either budget, mid-range, or high-end build unless you ASK them.

PLUS, there is a big difference between the administrative responses when you are asking for a certain part (before buying) and the response after you have bought the product (You'll know after you have bought the product).

It is highly recommended for non-tech users, to BUY BEST in other famous computer sites such as Billybooms, Strategic Technologies,Tantricmodz, Easypc, and etc... (theres always a reason why it is famous even for celebreties such as billybooms even though their ecommerce ain`t so great like BTZ bermor).

For installation of requested apps dont expect it to be installed.

For any request about pc building and benchmark video, dont expect anything about it because it won't be entertained and granted.

OVERALL, I am satisfied with the pc that I have recieved from BTZ. All parts are brandnew and legit. No damage at all. EXCEPT the installed fans in my pc are all dusty (Maybe the facility where they built my pc is either dusty place or they use my pc 24/7 nonstop upon building or they left my pc in an open dusty field uncovered (because I have bought the product 1 month and waiting for the delivery date). Im from Naga City, Camarines Sur.

Can't believe how underhand and incompetent this company is. I ordered some goods from them worth around $1,000 (at checkout). After successfully verifying my credit card etc., the next page of checkout had an increase of around $30+..for"Insurance"...EXCUSE ME !!?? Nowhere is there mention of any "Insurance." Hence, no doubt, their use of the terms (as I discovered later) that the amount will be finalised at checkout (my words), What scummy business ethics! Notwithstanding their underhand business methods - they also messed up my order somehow, ending in it being somehow cancelled! Actually, I was quite relieved when I discovered that. Bermor Techzone.......a company with slimy business practices to keep well clear of!
