I ordered an item from berpar because…
I ordered an item from berpar because it stated that it would be shipped within 2 days. Although it was marked as shipped and the delivery was through Royal mail48hour service it still has not arrived some 5 days later. I have tried to contact the company in three separate occasions and have not had a reply. I have now had to go elsewhere for the item. I have asked for a refund but again not had a reply. DO NOT USE this company. Also the only way to track you delivery is through downloading an app called shop which wants all you personal details.

orderd an item for.mothers day 25 March, said shipped the next day 48 hour delivery , check the Website says out for delivery but no tracking number???? Still no item , sent 3 e mails no response . AVOID THIS COMPANY LOOK ELSEWHERE

Shocking Berpar experience
Now 25th January and still no correspondence from customer service or James Datwood at Berpar!!!! What a disgraceful way to run an alleged customer service department at Berpar !! Is there even a customer service department??? Doesn’t appear to be !! Would not recommend to have any dealings with James Datwood as it appears he is not capable or helping you sort out any issues you WILL have when dealing with Berpar!!!
