Buyer beware, company not based in England, goods take weeks to arrive and are of shockingly poor quality, nothing like the pictures or worth the price paid! Customer service are polite and respond in a timely manner, however no refunds only store credit if you pay to send the item back to china (including customs fees this makes the return pointless). I can't understand the positive reviews, especially the ones left before the item has been received! Will now be contacting citizens advice as consumer law has been broken.

Very easy to order what I wanted

Checked website prior to ordering and confirmed 30 days return policy.
Item has arrived and it is too large, longer than the image and feels cheap.
I had requested a refund and you have to exchange 4/5 emails where they try and avoid a returns. I declined a smaller size, as again its too long and I just wasn't keen on the fabric. I have now been told that if I want to return, I have to foot the cost to China and I will only get store credit. They say as I ordered a large and it came as a large I cannot get a refund. This is not how it is represented online and is VERY POOR.

Phew good thing I checked Trustpilot before purchasing.I then did a search and found Berrymere had lifted the image of the item I was interested in from bestselling cheap as chips chinese megacompany Shein .The jacket I liked was advertised at Berymere for £80 ,reduced just for me (yeah right), to £40 .Exact same jacket on Shein for £15.I see people have described long postage waits and guessing now this nasty little SCAM agency gets an order from unsuspecting UK customers, brings in the cheap item from China , and charges exorbitantly inflated price . Sizing of course will be waaaaay off too no doubt ( and as other dissatisfied customers point out ) as we know from Shein the chinese sizes are always tiny although Shein have intelligently provided good guidance now for UK customers. I can see some very obviously fake reviews generated and plopped onto their Berrymere website. The ghastly obviously fake names give it away immediately. Thank goodness for Trustpilot. AVOID !!

Berrymere - offers a wide choice for orthpoedic foot wear. The website was easy to access and payment was efficient . The email came through for confirmation and I am excitedto receive my goods and try them .
