Do not recommend. Having instructed Scott he went out his way to scaremonger our neighbours into pushing for a expensive party wall award without any need and then charged us for the calls and correspondence to them ! The quotes on the website are not true- you end of with billing outside of this and you are held over a barrel with this to get your project going.
