Can’t speak for the quality as they haven’t attended my flat yet. I would just like to give a warning that they take 3+ weeks to attend for a basic tile replacement. 5+ weeks for sink and basin replacement.

As a property manager, reliable contractors make all the difference and Berry Property Maintenance have consistently been outstanding to work with. Their team are professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient when it comes to handling maintenance issues across our portfolio. No matter how big or small the job, they approach everything with the same level of care and urgency, which gives us real confidence when coordinating works for our landlords and tenants.

A special mention has to go to Kim, who is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is always incredibly helpful, organised, and proactive, often going above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. Whether it’s arranging access, chasing updates, or helping find quick solutions to unexpected issues, Kim is always on hand and nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

Having someone so dependable on the other end makes a huge difference in property management, and Kim’s support genuinely helps us provide a better service to our clients. We’re very grateful for the continued support from Berry Maintenance and look forward to continuing to work together.

Their painter Scott did a phenomenal job. It was a remarkable paint work. He also worked extremely clean and fast and tidied everything up perfectly when leaving.

Jack and Ray from Berry Property Services did such an excellent job building a kitchen ceiling for me and decorating afterwards. Incredibly efficient, very respectful and professional, with amazing attention to detail, they achieved a great result in a fraction of the time I would have expected. Needing some urgent work done to my patio wall I spoke to Kim, who runs the office. She was very helpful in arranging for an immediate quotation visit. Upon receipt of a very reasonable quote she was able to send Tomasz who had previously completed separate work at my property. As expected Tomasz was excellent, arriving when expected and working into the weekend as the job became bigger than previously anticipated. Tomasz is a credit to Berry as he is conscientious, polite and left the property tidy each day.

The work was completed to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend the Berry team. Thanks again. Lee

Berry did a complete bathroom renovation in my London flat in August which also involved a plumbing layout change. I have to say that the finished result looks amazing. Sooo good! High quality finish and better than I was expecting. AND...all done remotely (I am based in Australia). I am now back in the flat on vacation and am very happy with the craftmanship. The works were done on time with all contractors (Bart, Pavel, Ray and Lenny) turning up as scheduled over a 3 week period. From start to finish, Luke and Sarah S answered all my questions almost immediately making the process an easy one. The quote was also reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Berry Property Services recently upgraded my apartment front door to meet the latest fire regulations. Communication with Sarah S was excellent, with friendly and quick responses to any queries. The work was carried out by Roman, who did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and left everything clean and tidy once the work was complete. I am very pleased with the service – I highly recommend Berry Property Services.

I recently hired Berry to repaint my property throughout, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely respectful of my home.

The attention to detail was outstanding—every surface was prepped properly, the finish is flawless, and they left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. They worked efficiently but never rushed, and the end result really shows it.

Communication was smooth throughout the entire project. They took time to understand what I wanted, offered helpful advice on colours and finishes, and delivered exactly what they promised—on time and within budget.

I recently had Harry and Slawek help us tackle a list of tasks around our home, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of great. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, skill, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

I entrusted them with painting and works in an apartment, principally because their price was competitive, and they were very available. They found the right technical solution for an issue (such as a partition wall instead of a door), which another contractor did not. Notwithstanding we were abroad during the works, they performed the works in accordance with the rules of arts art and perfectly on schedule. Fully satisfied.

I cannot recommend Berry Property Services highly enough. Extremely clear communication with prompt responses, very readable and clear pricing with full itemisation and punctual. We had a reasonably large project which took 5 weeks to complete but there was clear communication throughout, which is of utmost importance. Inevitably there were teething problems at times, but these were all readily resolved, and Luke took ownership throughout the works to personally ensure satisfactory completion. Ancillary works which required other specialist tradespeople were all seamlessly organised such that there was continuous progress throughout the period - this sequential completion was efficient and well arranged. Undertaking building works is always an anxious period - there is no shortage of stories where work is incomplete at the end or not finished to a satisfactory level - I can say this has not been the case with Berry. I will certainly use them again and am providing this recommendation independently and purely to recognise their great craftsmanship, integrity and attention to detail. Thank you Berry Team - keep up the good work!
