I like the layout of the burners including the whole gas. The material used is some high quality. I haven't used in term of their aftersale service so can't comment.

I was a bit reticent to go for this range cooker as they relatively unknown in UK (as far as I was aware) but I shouldn't have worried it has performed brilliantly. In all honesty I only bought it because I liked the look but I have been super impressed with how it performs. It's also great because it has a 60/40 split in oven size

The range cooker is fabulous. It is orange and makes a stunning focal point in the kitchen.
The instructions for installation and use and comprehensive.
It was very well packaged.
The only negative is the delivery men were not friendly and complained about getting the cooker into my kitchen.

Purchased Bertazonni fridge, model REF36x17 PRO HK36, five years ago for our newly constructed house. With an average use rate in a no-child household, the top, small freezer door handle regularly pops off from opening the freezer door. This has occurred regularly from about year 2 since the time we bought it. Very annoying to reinstall the handle to the mounting device, located on the inside edge of the handle, using the supplied, very tiny allen key. Further, the plastic on one of the shelves has cracked. As has the plastic interior fridge body at the bottom front edge.
Regarding cleaning, the glass shelves are permanently fixed to the plastic frames so any debris that collects between the glass and frame cannot be removed.
Lastly the “ no print finish” on the stainless steel handles has degraded and is blotchy from wear. Yes, this fridge is 5 years young and is out of the warranty window by 3 years, however, one would think that such a presumably reputable company would not send out poorly constructed products using questionable materials. Do not waste your money on a Bertazzoni fridge. If I had known any of this when deciding to purchase, I would never have bought it.

The company that supplied our Bertazzoni cooker were fantastic. They are called Beacon Electrical. Great customer service and experience. Love the product so far. Looks amazing! Lets hope it cooks amazing!

We purchased a 90cm hob but when it was fitted the extractor kept blowing it out , they then told us that the hob is not suitable to be used with a downdraft extractor!!! No where in its information manual does it state this , so was sold a hob that is no good , at a cost of over £800 we feel completely ripped off, conned, lied too and treated terribly,,,

Do not buy Bertazzoni oven - UK
Terrible product. Have had to had the repair people out several times under warranty. Even they couldn’t work it out and turns out they have same issue with their ovens back at office. Will heat up to just below desired temp then temp goes down by 20 degrees according to digital reading then takes ages to get to temp.
UK repair company contacted manufacturer in Italy about issue and never hear back!

Looks fabulous, the gas hob works extremely well from high burn to small simmer.
Very quiet fan oven. I’m absolutely delighted with my Bertazzoni Professional range cooker.

We ordered a bertazzoni fridge on 22nd March 2024 and by the time it arrives we may well have waited 12 weeks for it to actually be delivered. We’ve received another email today saying it’s been delayed by yet another 2–3 weeks. Honestly, don’t bother.

Very happy with my Bertazzoni professional range cooker. Had it for nearly 2 years now and still as good as the day it was installed. Very even cooking and easy to use, I love the rotisserie function. Good quality, my previous range cookers have worn badly with the finish flaking off the dials etc but the Bertazzoni is very hard wearing.
