Oven Broke in 15 Minutes on First Time Use

I pre-ordered a pizza oven, which took about two months for it to get here. And on the very first time that I put it together and tried to use it, about 15 minutes in, the rotating device that rotates the pizza stone just stopped working. I tried using battery. I tried using electrical outlets. Nothing worked. I contacted support and kept on speaking to the same guy, Eric Who said they would send a new motor device, which was two weeks ago. Haven't received it. Haven't received confirmation. Haven't received a tracking number. Haven't received anything from this company.
