The parcel was delivered but l was home but nobody knocked we just happened to find it. I had an Gmail saying it was in my porch, we don't have a porch. The product was really good well packed.

Excellent lobster bisque, not so keen on the clam chowder.

Order was straight forward no problems top quality product as usual

Not good this time from Berwick.
The crabs claws were good but the languistines were terrible and unederble so had to throw them away.
I emailed Graham but he did not have the countesy to reply.

The products I ordered were great quality, really fresh and were delicious! The box arrived well packaged and delivered promptly. Would definitely recommend this company and will be buying from you again. Thank you.

My order was due for delivery by APC on Friday and I had notice from them that it would be delivered. Later I had a notice to say it had been delayed but would be delivered on Friday. It did not arrive so I expected delivery today Saturday 25/10/25. It had not arrived by 1.00pm so I checked the tracking only to find that the delivery was now scheduled for Monday 27/10/25. Not good for celebrations on Sunday. If delivered on Monday I will freeze for use over Christmas and New year but very disappointing. Paul.

Ordered crab claws and clams, first time I've done this on line.
Good communication from the company although the courier's emails were a little confusing to say the least. However, a phone call to a very friendly and helpful lady at the Berwick Shellfish Company put my mind at rest.
Items arrived on the requested day, nicely packed and well frozen.
Was a little apprehensive as to their definition of "Jumbo" crab claws but needn't have worried at all.
10 really big claws which were absolutely delicious once thawed. Tons of firm and juicy meat and the flavour was awesome.
The clams were excellent as well.
Will definitely buy the same again from the Berwick Shellfish Company.

Missing order I emailed the 3rd of October when I did not receive anything and 5 other times with no response so I'm really annoyed.

You can not view your delivery date after you pay so there's no way to check...

It is annoying as I ordered from here before and it was great, so I don't know what's gone wrong this time and I have had no responses to any of my emails at all!!!

Had your delivery today very pleased at the packing and the contents I could see looked in fresh condition and I will be shopping with you again.

Be more honest with the customers. Looking at the lobster picture there were 4 tails. ,and they looked a decent size, and although it says 3 pack ,when it came, they were approx 2 inches long. The picture showing the crab claws , no mention shows that it is imitation of crab claws. The "poly" box it came in is so oversized 75-80 % was just filling.

Ordered jumbo crab claws and clams. Came at the. Appointed time still frozen in good pakckagin. The crab claws were fantastic, large and meaty
