Honestly, the best shop for stationary, gifts, chocolates, books! It’s perfect for Christmas shopping - I actually stumbled upon the shop accidentally but I could stay here for hours. It’s even got a section on Japanese stationary! Overall, I got a Christmas card, some gifts for my colleagues and even treated myself to some bath bombs!

I've been a Berylune fan for years dating back to their smaller shop on Park Street. If you're ordering online, you can trust it's a real shop with lovely products. But their prices have become astronomical. I know everyone's trying to survive as prices rise, but honestly, the mark up on some of the items is bonkers and has put them out of my reach.

I’ve just ordered quite a few bits from the Maileg Mice range. I was quite nervous ordering from a shop I haven’t used before, but they were the only one that had everything I wanted in stock. I needn’t have worried - it has all just arrived, very carefully packaged, and with the items themselves beautifully wrapped inside..and everything is perfect! I’m a very happy customer and I will definitely order from here again!

Very very sweet shop, lots of interesting & intriguing little trinkets and other useful items

Ordered four wine glasses. One of them was two thirds of the weight of the other three and smaller... clearly faulty. When I queried this I got a really dismissive reply.
As other people have indicated, customer service could be improved!

I gave an honest review about my experience with this company and am now being called a liar. I returned the product exactly how it had been sent out, straight, and the fact that you couldn’t then bend it proves I received it straight. What a delightful company!

Beautiful shop in Leamington Spa. It's my go-to place for any gift and my children love browsing there. I love so many things about it - the exquisite taste of each item which has been curated for the store, that special things are often physically small which makes great gifts to store or send and the eco-friendly nature of many of the items. We love how friendly the staff are - it's a joyful place to visit, thank you.

Rude customer service. I bought lots of christmas presents online and one candle holder was bent sideways/ out of shape. I sent photos of the pronounced disortion and was told by email that a 'slight lean' did not make a candle holder faulty. They also told me that I could 'shave' down the matching candles that did not fit. Off to buy a replacement gift from a different shop.

What an outstanding little shop! The products are unusual and original; the service quick and professional. My order, placed one day arrived the next beautifully wrapped and packaged. I order a lot of things online and this is one of the very best experiences I've had!

Fantastic and unique little shop. The staff there are always super friendly/helpful and everything they sell there is dreamy. Much better quality and different from the same old thing you always find elsewhere on the high street. I never walk away empty handed!

Great to have a shop like this in Leamington Spa and there are always lots of lovely things to look at and buy. It’s a shame that the lady who appeared to be in charge yesterday was so rude and unhelpful about letting us have a large paper carrier bag, even though we had spend quite a bit of money and had items that did not fit in the small paper bags. Her attitude was very off-putting.

Always a bit nervous buying from a co I’ve not bought from before, but these guys were really great. Very fast and friendly customer service responses and item (a mug in this case) very securely and well packed. Shop now saved as a go-to shop!

Ordered a utensil holder which was delivered quickly 3 days before Christmas. Very safely packaged so no chance of breakage. Seems like a good selection and not too expensive for the quality. Overall, very happy!

It’s a shame I’m writing this review as I’ve always loved this shop. When paying for my items, I asked if they take work from independent artists and the reply was ‘not when they don’t wear masks in my shop no’ followed by a sarcastic laugh.

As an young independent artist who’s just starting their journey as a small business, this was not an encouraging response and had no correlation to the question I asked, and I was shocked to be spoken to so rudely.

Had we saw the signs (which said ‘we encourage you to wear masks’, not ‘you have to wear a mask to enter) or been approached and asked to wear one, we wouldn’t of had a second thought of putting one on. Bearing in mind it isn’t currently a legal requirement, as I’ve seen the owners responses to other low reviews. Instead, the two ladies were stood talking behind the counter, watching and making us feel on edge as we browsed round the shop. The only way these kind of rude and abrupt comments can be made at customers is if the sign said something along the lines of ‘do not enter without a mask’.

For a shop that gives the impression of being warm and welcoming, the owner really didn’t pass those vibes and it’s disappointing I’ve seen this side to it. It seems the owner has some personal issues and takes this out on customers instead of being polite. I certainly won’t be returning here and will be encouraged to spread the message ☺️

Berylune have a fabulous selection of great quality products. My order arrived promptly, was well packaged and included a little gift. I was impressed by the quality and will definitely be shopping with them again.

Can never get enough of this place! They have everything you want & everything you didn't even know you wanted. Great stationery selection!
