Damaged, unsealed products. Suspect had already been opened and resealed.
Please do not use this company. We ordered quite a few items and one of the items (a Prismatic Evolutions ETB) was damaged and unsealed (and clearly damaged when packed). The company offered just 5EUR to compensate and gave us no way of returning from the UK, so we have lost quite a substantial amount of money, including import fees.
Also, the wrapping on the items purchased is very different to that on products that we have purchased elsewhere. It is much thinner and we have found many reviews which suggest that they open TCGs and reseal.
We now have to resort to claiming the money back from our payment card provider. A really awful experience.

Damaged product
I placed an order with Bescards for a Pokemon TCG ETB, which I received in good condition, but with damage. I finally emailed them and they wanted me to return my old one and order a new one, while it had gone up in price, then I have already emailed them twice about this, no longer receiving a response. Bad customer service.

Used to be great, now just a shady business
This used to be a great place to buy from until they decided to turn into an investment platform and follow scalper prices. Any recent item is now three times the price it was just a few months ago, with prices increasing by €10 every week. I will not support that kind of business.
