Couldn't ask for a better experience
I've given 5 stars down to the friendliness/politeness of our Engineer Jack. Came this morning to do our annual check. Fixed our lights for us straight away. Wore his carpet protectors, couldn't fault him on anything. Quality bloke!

He gave sufficient notice before switching the power off.
Tidied away all rubbish before leaving.
