I bought some lights from you
I bought some lights from you. I am not happy when I get a message saying that I hvae to go to Lillehammer to pick them up at Instabox instead of being posted to my address. Why choose a place 20kms away when the post office is 100m. I know I chose the post office and ow I have to use somewhere close to an hour to go adn collect the package.
When I called, the reply was. Oh, well they are sent now. Nothing we can do!

Awful experience - Avoid! - Ignored for WEEKS
I ordered 4 door handles via the UK website. Their 'free delivery' only applies to collecting your parcel from a UPS pick up point. They don't allow you to choose a UPS pick up point at checkout which is very disappointing and inconvenient, as the one it chose for me was a location I wouldn't have selected. Trying to change it via UPS does not work either, so it cost me extra on public transport to collect it from this location.
The handles are not very good quality, very light and not worth the money in my opinion. They feel cheap. 3 out of 4 handles had marks/dints which is not good enough.
I contacted customer service asking to return my item and how much it costs - as their website simply stated 'a return fee will be deducted' which is very unprofessional - they have since changed it to state it is 5 euro.
I replied with images of the damaged items asking if I still have to pay the return fee and they have simply ignored me ever since. It has been 23 DAYS since I sent those images and I don't understand why I'm being ignored?
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am incredibly disappointed. Looking at other reviews from customers shopping in the UK, I dread going through the chore of sending the items back as it looks like they have not made that easy either.
