Scammers - tried to repeatedly postpone the refund and never sent it
The seller sent the wrong bed size, agreed over whatsapp (he uses the number +44 7498 758603) to refund £200 for sending the wrong bed and from there, proceeded to ignore my messages and calls. Eventually I managed to talk to him over the phone and again he reassured me that he would send the refund within 24 hours. That never happened.
He continued to ignore my messages. However I had paid via Shop app using PayPal and I had opened a dispute on PayPal.
Out of the blue, he contacted me 3 times revealing his real name, Sadar Kahn, and offering to send the refund if I closed the Paypal dispute but I never closed it. Eventually, since he never responded to the Paypal team either, Paypal refunded me the £200 and presumably will charge the seller's account.
This criminal's whatsapp is named "Mellow Beds", which in reality is another sister company that follows the exact same scam pattern, as can be verified here on Trustpilot.
This is NOT an isolated incident. This company is fraudulent by nature and conducts business at the expense of customers.
Customers out there: always use Paypal when purchasing online to protect your rights as a buyer.

I could have put a 0 stars but there is no option for it.
They are liars and my bed never ever came. They just keep lying me every day and I dont understand the reason when they suppose to sell beds but they never bring them.
This was the 3rd time they lied to me very badly. The owner himself with the phone number +44 7498 758603 keeps telling and asuring that the bed will come and just now they let me know that for and other time bed is not ready and they are going away with just a Sorry !
