Easy purchase, good communication considering the busy period. Excellent final product

I ordered a custom terrarium about two weeks ago and it got delivered yesterday. It is a gift for my boyfriend and all I can say is, wow. I remember thinking how amazing it was when I got shown it on Instagram and I was even more blown away when I opened it and took it out the box. My boyfriend is just as happy with it (sent him photos) and I can't wait to give it to him next month.

Jamie was also amazing as I was constantly asking him questions about the terrarium and he didn't mind at all. Excellent response time and it was always great messaging.

Thank you so so much, Jamie and I definitely will order something again in the future! 100% recommend buying one!

I bought a 3-figure custom terrarium for my partner for Christmas and we both love it! There's such incredible detail, and being able to choose the pokemon included as well as details such as shiny colouring made it such a personal gift. Bespokemon was lovely and happily answered my queries about the products too. I definitely recommend this shop, I'll no doubt shop again for something for me too! :)

Beautifully designed terrarium, the terrarium was received within the time frame advised.

The terrariums are so cool! I bought one for my brother and he loved it. It was especially cool to see the piece taking shape on insta stories. Thanks for making such fab stuff, hope to buy one of my own soon!

So where do I begin with this other than saying that the customer service and product was amazing!

I was constantly messaging James as I was stressing that it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas. The customer service I received was super friendly and I wasn’t made to feel like an inconvenience or bother (even if I felt like I was one). I shortly after received a confirmation email that my order had been dispatched and provided the tracking number so I could monitor where it was and had arrived.

I am impressed that each one is made to order and the amount of fine detail in each orb is incredible! I received exactly what I asked for and it came out better than I could have imagined. I was brought to tears with how beautiful it turned out and I can’t wait for my partner to open it on Christmas Day and see his face.

I was amazed with the way it was packaged as well. So much care had gone into it so that it wouldn’t get damaged in transit and it arrived fully in tact and functioned as it should.

First time ordering using the the online shop and I found it super easy to navigate and figure out.
Communication with the seller was very clear and easy!

I ordered one of the larger orbs with two Pokémon:venusaur and ivysaur: to match the Bulbasaur one I got from them at a convention and I’m so happy with it!
The ability to chose which scenery type and if you want LED’s to be featured is a huge plus. The little lights in the scene make all the difference.
I went with cherry blossoms for my scenery and they look so cute next to the two Pokémon.

Very satisfied with the level of detail in this custom :)

I Got updated on the progress of the order which I also really appreciated.

It was also Packaged super well so it wouldn’t be broken upon arrival which is always a plus.

I ordered a present for my boyfriend, a Smoochum with a spooky/cute them. Jamie understood what I was looking for and added a few cherry blossoms which made the terrain super cute with spooky smoke effect. My boyfriend loved it and was their favourite present! I recommend this for anyone who loves Pokémon and wants to have their favourite Pokémon in their own pokeball and terrain. Would definitely buy more. Was hard to find someone who personalised it with a chosen pokemon rather than the standard favourites. Thank you so much for this.

1,000,000 stars! I ordered a custom Pokeball terrarium as a Christmas present for my girlfriend who is pokemon crazy! Jamie at bespokemon was clear and concise with communication, even sending me pictures of the production! His customer service and response time was next to none. Unfortunately when my terrarium arrived it was damaged, to the fault of Royal mail and their feather handed post men. Jamie was nice enough to accept the terrarium back and fix it for me, even though the damage wasn't his fault, and at this busy time of year, I received it back promptly. I now have the fully completed and pristine terrarium. And let me say they are SUCH HIGH QUALITY, you can see how much love and passion Jamie has for his work, it shines through his products. The details are amazing! If you were thinking about buying one of these products, stop wasting time and do it! The added extra of L.E.Ds really add some pazzaz too! Honestly couldn't be happier with this! Thank you Jamie, thank you bespokemon! 10/10!!

Absolutely fantastic experience with the owner of this business, who took an abstract idea and managed to bring it to life to a very high standard.

I was also kept informed throughout, with the final product greatly received by the recipient. I will definitely be coming back for further Pokémon themed gifts in the future
