Excellent return policy.

They have an monthly optional subscription and I forgot to look at the offer before it was sent out. I messaged them, and that same day they got me a free return slip to attach to the package to send back. No tassels, no issues. Very prompt and very easy to return.

Best Customer Service Around!

I by mistake got two right foot slippers for Christmas. When I reached out to Bespoke and Dan replied immediately and didn't even want pictures of the item. They said that another pair would be in the mail, and I received them in two days. Literally, this is how customer service should be with every company. We will definitely buy from Bespoke again.

Love shopping at Bespoke Post!

I have loved shopping at Bespoke Post! They have items that you don’t see everywhere. I have found great gifts for the guys in my family. This Christmas I had to exchange a jacket and they were on it quickly. 5 stars!!

Service with a smile

The experience started with their monthly packages, be sure to fill out your preferences! I hardly ever had to alter my box, it was always the the thing I needed. Beyond that the real hidden gem is the effectiveness of their customer support, it needs to be studied and implemented everywhere! Instant resolve sums it up very well. I just canceled my membership.

I just canceled my membership. They sent me a Chinese made flannel ( really worth 10 $ ) and a plastic fountain pen.

Ok..ok. well I was perhaps a bit harsh. I stand by my original review in that the quantity of items in the box and the quality have gone down in the last year. I have only actually wanted what was in the box a few times and have been dissapointed by the offerings and tend to decline any of the boxes. But the customer service can't be beat. They reached out within 3 hours and really seem to want to make it right. This goes a long way these days. I really hope they get back to more bespoke items and away from sending out cheap overseas made items, if I'm paying 50$ for a shirt it better be something special not something I would walk by in target.

Outstanding Customer Service

Bespoke Post is a company that I really enjoy doing business with. Of course, they offer a diverse set of brands and products, but most importantly they provide exceptional customer support. I had an issue with a shipping delay and it was a handled promptly and to my satisfaction by their care team. Great customer experience overall.

Fantastic customer service

Some of the most phenomenal customer service I have experienced in the last decade. I was able to text with questions and get a very warm and helpful response immediately from a REAL person. The clothes are great! Very high quality and great price point.

I think this website is a scam

I think this website is a scam. Ordered weeks ago before Christmas and there was never an update on my order or anything. Had to reach out on Christmas and they provided me a refund but couldn’t give me any bit of information on where my package was or if it was even sent. Scary because if I didn’t reach out I never would’ve gotten my package or even a refund

Exemplary customer service and support team

Exemplary customer service and what should be the golden standard for today’s world.
There was a minor issue with the product when it had arrived. It is extremely welcoming when reaching out for customer service that an actual human response is the first response.

Additionally, the manor in which my issue was handled has made me go from a first time buyer, to now a lifelong customer and advocate for this brand.

I would highly recommend Bespoke Post to my friends, family, colleagues and strangers.
Great products, great service. Faith in humanity restored.

Bad first experience, but customer service came back to help

This isn't worth the hype. I've had it a few months and you're being charged shipping, it's expensive, and the products are over priced. I just canceled, it's not worth it.

Update: After my review their customer service team reached out to rectify the situation. This was a much better interaction than previously with their customer service. Due to them reaching out to fix the situation, I updated my review. Wished it was handled like this at first, but they took accountability and fixed it for me. Thank you.

Exceptional Customer Service …

I contacted Bespoke Post via an email to ask for assistance with a product that wasn’t working. They responded promptly and in a manner that clearly indicated they wanted to help. Although the product could not be replaced, I was offered several options to choose from to make things right. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a very good experience with the customer service department. They stand behind their products.
