I wish I could give them negative 100 stars. BEWARE! I am posting here so others are not scammed by this company. I booked one of their units in Philly which was advertised as a 2 bedroom unit with a large kitchen and a big sunny living room. When I arrived I was in a completely different 1 bedroom apartment with a super tiny kitchen and a dark dingy living room. When I sent them photos showing them that the listing I booked did not match the unit they put me in, they refused to do anything about it. They ignored my messages when I notified them of issues with the plumbing, gas, and WiFi. They didn't care about fixing them. A total scam. Bespoke is a dishonest management company and. They do not have local hosts or team members to offer support. AVOID Bespoke at all costs!! Trust me. I don't like to write bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to be scammed as I was.

They somehow got airbnb to remove my review so I'm posting elsewhere so that guests can be aware of these things. Theve also removed their google listing to remove reviews, I assume. We stayed in the Edison suite.

Pros:
1. Probably the nicest historic rehab I've ever stayed in, in style and craftsmanship.
2. Very clean and well appointed
3. Geographically quite convenient to many things
4. Safe neighborhood

Cons:
1. It's not an actual hotel, no lobby, no staff
2. No place to unload your things which was particularly difficult as we were traveling with kids.
3. While the check in instructions were relatively clear, the location is not clearly marked or well lit. There's just a vinyl sticker on the door.
4. Once you find the door, you still aren't in the building. You have to find the second exterior door in the courtyard and then make your way up to the suite
5. Only paid parking unless you park on the street. Not a big deal at around $40 per night except you have to drive there and then walk a few blocks back to the "hotel"
6. Internet didn't work

The negative part of our experience aside from the above minor inconveniences was that the air conditioning was not working in the loft, which is where the master suite is. I alerted them as soon as we arrived and it was never resolved before we left. The host in fact stated that they would send someone to look at it after we had left. They offered no discounts or other consolation.

Try to book a property on Ana Maria Island and spoke to Scott. Very poor communication lead to me not being able to rent the property. I requested to speak to the manager and Scott never responded and stopped the communication. Poor customer service. Very unprofessional.

Scott and the team at Bespoke Stay have operated our STR units for almost a year and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. We've been blown away by their high level of professionalism, transparency and communication. Their team is very organized and handles virtually everything needed for the units to operate successfully. The guest reviews are always stellar and when I, on a random visit to one of the units, observed the tips of the tissue paper rolls were folded elegantly by their turnover team, I knew we were dealing with top-class operators. These guys KNOW what they are doing and they do it well. Very glad to be working with them and glad to leave them a well earned, well deserved, exceptional review.
