Spoke to Andrew over the phone. About purchasing a swim spa drove to his house. Had a swim in his pool. Had long discussion about what pool type to get In the event we purchased a activity 2 swim spa from Andrew it was delivered on time fitted on the day. He said we have had a few phone calls over since I've purchased the pool and he's been very helpful and talked me through things on the phone. Couldn't recommend Andrew any higher and I will be purchasing another pool from him in the future

After lots of research for a 6m swimspa, we finally found Andrew who showed us a couple of options he could supply. We ordered the one we wanted, and it was delivered and installed as planned.
Andrew has also been on the other end of the phone to answer any questions and has called in to talk through ongoing maintenance.

Bought my swim spa from Andrew and had it sunk into the ground. From the beginning Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Due to flooding my pool electrics got damaged … no problem for Andrew… rather than charge me for complete new parts , he painstakingly dried everything out and got the spa up and running again.

I really wanted a swim spa and so contacted Andrew who was brilliant from start to finish...
firstly we had an amazing deal on a 6m pool which was delivered on time and put in place by Andrew and his team....as we were creating our own building we needed no more of Andrews help until the commissioning.
At this point Andrew came back and set every thing up and got the pool up and running. He taught us how to look after the pool and left us plenty of chemicals etc. all the way throughout the process Andrew was absolutely lovely and really patient while we fired questions at him.
Literally everything he could do to help he did. I'd even go so far as to say he's like a member of the family now even down to calling for a cuppa if he's passing.

Bought a 6 meter swim spa off Andrew, good communication, he delivered it on a Sunday and Manoeuvred it in position over a wall and in to a building with ease. Came back a week later and commissioned it, highly recommend this company

Purchased my spa in 2020. Positive aftersales experience. No issues with my spa, still working as new. Insulation added by Andy as an extra has made a big difference in comparison to other spa's. When energy prices rocketed I turned Mt spa off for a year, just running it twice in 12 months. The water has remained crystal clear. I'm setting it up right now to use again. No issues. Friends comment on the condition of the water when not in use in comparison to their tubs which need treating weekly or the water turns green! I feel I purchased a quality spa and would recommend 😊

Have used Bespoke for many years and had great service constantly. They recently found me a part I desperately needed for my spa and saved me time and a lot of money from ordering overseas. Andrew Newsome is deluded.. he promises heaven and earth to get your order and your money then sends you on a rollercoaster,
Ordered our spa in November 2023 and paid 25k upfront, after doing our checks on him and visiting a recent installation he had done, came across to us as a genuine bloke who had won awards and had loads of experience in swim spas and garden buildings.
We waited and waited for the spa to be delivered, he constantly ignored our calls and messages and when he did have the curtesy to reply we had every excuse for the delay, due to shipping problems etc etc….
Eventually it arrived 29th February, we had to pay £1500 to crane the spa in to its sunken ground, and then it was left there until April, uncovered and exposed to the weather, before work began on the garden building, the ground work around the spa was crumbling around the spa and filling up with water, Andrew reassured us that it would all be put right, we had to trust him as we had parted with another 12k so he could buy materials for the building, work eventually commenced after we gave him a dead line to complete or we wanted a refund, this is when he sent two blokes (one was an electrician not a builder) to build a structure that was unsafe and moved if you pushed it with your bare hands, realising he was not competent to take on what he promised, we made the decision to stop his work,
We are left with a spa that is full of debris and scratches from the building work as it was left unprotected, we now have had to pay another building company to construct the building and underpin the foundations that were crumbling through the weight of the spa. This has cost us an extra 30k.
Andrew should not be trading! We have had the biggest nightmare experience and very costly to correct,the work is still ongoing. hence this is a warning to anyone considering buying a spa from him, DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID !

Hi, we have a now near 4 year old Passion Spa swim spa the Active. It was rolled into position and left partly wrapped, turns out there was damage to the outer skin and this has never been resolved. Covid and travel restrictions upset his business model, as he used to drive over to Fonteyn and ferry the tubs back. But basically he takes on far too much for a relatively "one man band". Think Pa Larkin means well. Recently a series of leaks meant I had to remove the side panels and the "cosmetic" damage was revealed to be more structural that thought. Resorted to DIY repairs and parts from HOTTUBS Supermarket online.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN. whilst he is a compelling salesman he is also a compulsive liar and has zero integrity. I paid him 22k in July 2022 and 18 Months on I still haven't been able to have a swim as it doesnt work properly. He accepted the spa needed sorting in May but has been making excuses about attending ever since. Worst customer service experience of my life.

I purchased a swim spa from Bespoke Swim Spas. When my ground work was finished Andrew from Bespoke Swim Spas arrived on the date and time agreed to crane the spa in. Andrew commissioned the spa over a couple days and talked me through everything I needed to know and supplied me with the products I needed that would last me a while. He was also at the end of the phone or on FaceTime when I had additional questions. Andrews team also did the decking around the spa and I’m so pleased with the quality and look of the spa and decking. I’d highly recommend Bespoke Swim Spas for their knowledge and quality service offered.

We decided to purchase a swim spa, and found Andy along with a few others on line, so went and had a chat. Very friendly, and couldn't do enough to get the order. Took us to an existing installation, mate down the road, to check out his tub, even allowed me a swim. So tub ordered. Deposit paid, then full amount before the tub was shipped from Holland. All paid.

And now we wait! and wait. Every excuse under the sun, from container delays, shipping issues, storage problems, delivery lorry delays. We even called Andy and asked him to attend site just to make sure any delivery issues, such as getting the pool in to location could be resolved. He said yes, but never ever made it.
Eventually the lorry turned up outside with our pool and a Hiab. On the day storm "boris or whoever" hit. Force 10 winds along the building, and boy had we suggested the delivery should be delayed 24 hours, but no, still they tried. Some assistant rather than Andy on site, who really didn't have a clue. Spent the day slagging Andy off for not trusting him, but after 3 hours, they gave up, put the spa down on our front drive and left.
Few days later, having established that a Hiab, nor a crane would do the job, Andy turns up with a load of round fence poles. Luckily I had a group of friends here, so eventually 6 of us rolled the tub into position.
So, Andy and Mate left, with more promises of extra filters, chemicals, and a follow up visit to make sure everything was working correctly. Nothing heard. This was now well over a month ago, we've tried ringing, texting, even ringing from unknown numbers...zilch. the man has vanished from the face of the earth.
We actually agreed to buy a spa for home as well from him. Nothing on that either.
Bottom line, great at the sales bit, but horrendous support and installation. Spend your money elsewhere, all these pools are roughly the same price, so buy from a reputable company through a showroom or garden centre outlet.
