From the start to finish process was smooth and bang on you can't go wrong with their unbearable prices better than any other company these guys were the lowest in prices and the quality of window you see with your own eyes.

They had problems in the factory and could not fit the windows on Saturday so staff turned out on Sunday to get the job finished.
Cleaned up after them and did a great job.

We chose Bespoke Windows because half of the street has used them to replace their windows. And now we know why!

It was a flawless experience. The guys were so quick and tidy.

We were re-rendering our house at the same time and coordinated with that builder and worked hard to not damage any of our new render.

Windows aren’t ever cheap, but their costs are comparable with others around here. But their service and workmanship is second to none!

We only did the front of our house this time round. But we will 100% use them again to our bathroom and guest bedrooms windows.

I was nervous about who to instruct to replace ALL our deteriorating, single-glazed windows as there’s a lot of competition out there and it’s not easy to understand which product is best or who to trust to carry out a reliable and professional installation…with after-sales care in mind too.

In total, we were looking to replace 11-sash windows (two-bay windows and five-single windows), along with two-large casement windows in the utility room and a small WC casement window in a four-bed Victorian house.

I sent a detailed project brief, with photos and rough dimensions, to a dozen firms operating in South London. I was still undecided as to whether to go for wood or uPVC and I needed honest, unbiased advice on the pros and cons of each. Bespoke Windows was the only firm to bring fully working examples of their sash window products to our home and we were given a full demonstration on how to operate them, including the in-built tilt facility for cleaning that comes with the uPVC windows. Various finishing details were shown to us, including the traditional Sash Horns that help make the uPVC windows look authentic and true to the original wooden options.

In the end, we decided on the uPVC option because of the easy cleaning and low maintenance benefits. The entire job was done in just three-days between two-highly skilled fitters, and they did everything possible to protect furniture, leaving the house as clean as possible, bearing in mind they had to rip out and saw the old wooden frames.

Bespoke Windows was started in 1987 by Murray and I loved the fact that he personally takes the time to meet the prospective clients, takes them through the no pressure sales pitch and carries out all the measurements himself. If there’s ever a problem after installation, its Murray that comes out to put things right.

It was a big job and a sizeable investment, but money well spent. The windows look amazing and it’s lovely being able to easily open and close them. The difference they have made in reducing heat loss and in cutting out noise from the road is remarkable. I cannot recommend Bespoke Windows highly enough. Great product and first-class service.
