Service was excellent, well wrapped and in good condition ( not used yet) would have got excellent rating if it wasn't for the fact it wasn't delivered on the day that courier had said ( there had been a mix up) so had to wait in two days.

I bought a Vango Ark 400 tent from Bestbuys and was delighted with the price which came in £20 cheaper even after adding the £5.99 postage cost. I the tents great having already bought one for my eldest daughter, who loves home easy it is to put up - it really does only take 5 minutes to erect the tent and abit longer to secure the guy ropes. She loves how spacious it is for camping with friends.

Unfortunately the item I ordered from Bestbuy was not in stock. Bestbuy contacted me and ran through other alternative options, even adding products to the website so I could view them whilst speaking on the phone. My replacement order was delivered the next day. The service was excellent!

Our ordering process was easy and the confirmation email I received was clear and informative. The bright pink junior vango nitestar sleeping bag we bought was a great price with reasonable delivery charge, and my 2 and half year old loved it so much she wouldn't get out of it and wanted to sleep on the living room floor in it!

Great tent arrived prompt, it was exactly what we wanted after trawling the internet it came in at a low price so we could also buy a carpet for it , can't wait for the warmer weather to use it.
