Great Camping Chairs
Good quality camping chairs at a good price. Very comfortable - and they even have three recline positions. Delivery on time too. And now we have the sunshine too, so all is good.

Good Experience
Placed an order, but there was a problem with their order/computer system.
They contacted me to let me know about their problem, then were very helpful in sorting out the reordering and arranging delivery to meet a delivery requirement.

Outstanding customer service - highly recommended.
I originally bought a Kampa Filey 6 Air tent (with footprint and carpet) at a discounted price (end of season sale). Very happy with purchase and first use was great. Unfortunately, second time we came to pitch the tent we found the connecting air-pipes had perished (a known fault with the type of plastic Kampa had used in manufacture). Expecting a battle to get my money back, I needn't have worried. Bestbuys offered a full refund with free collection, no questions asked or the option to pay the difference on another tent. I decided to give Kampa another try and ended up buying the Croyde 6 Air Classic. Bestbuys then honoured the original Filey deal by throwing in the associated foot print and carpet at no extra cost. This in my mind reflects outstanding customer service. I spoke to Paul Archer and he was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my concerns. Thanks Bestbuy, you took the initial disappointment and stress of the faulty tent and made the process of replacement painless and I'm now once again a happy Kampa!

Excellent service, professional people, good products and competitive prices.
Ordered 2 Quest relaxer chairs by telephone. Order was dealt with swiftly and by a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady. Had a problem with delivery but this was promptly and efficiently dealt with and the manager telephoned to check I was happy. Would really recommend Bestbuys and look forward to using them again.
