Terrible service - but No telephone number, No address, Don't answer E-mails
This company offered the cheaper price by about £10.
I took a gamble and placed an order.
It was downhill from that point on!
The item was quoted as 'in stock' with delivery 'in three days'.
It took almost TWO MONTHS to be delivered.
NOTE - there is NO telephone number to contact and eqnuire about an order. There is NO address to write to.
There IS an E-mail address, but a complete waste of time as they don't answer it. I wrote perhaps 20 or 30 e-mails asking for the whereabouts of my purchase. No replies.
Please do NOT buy from this company. It just isn't worth the risk.
What if something goes wrong? The item is faulty?
You can't contact them!
Completely useless.
I would much rather have spent an extra £10 and bought from a reputable company.
I also wish I had paid more heed to the other reviews I have now seen on the web. Only BAD reviews everywhere. Faulty items. Incorrect items. Lost items. Unable to contact them. Unable to obtain refunds.
They shouldn't be allowed to carry on business.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Do not buy from this site - zero support for faulty goods
Hi bought a Gaggia coffee machine from here. It arrived in faulty condition and I've not been able to get any response when asking for a replacement / refund. The telephone number on the site is for a phone that is always switched off.
