ok this is the bit i actually care about. the terms page is stamped with the date when it was last changed. sounds small but it means when something moves you can see it moved. checked it in january and again last week, same date, same 25x wagering, same $500 cap on the welcome offer. nothing quietly rewritten, which is good to see.
